Located just about 5 minutes by car from the sandy Levante Beach in Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, as well as the urban center and the old town.
DISTRIBUTION:
This huge chalet consists of two independent floors connected by an external staircase. The ground floor has three double bedrooms with double beds each, a bathroom, living room, and separate kitchen.
The upper and main floor consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen.
ABROAD:
This beautiful villa has a beautiful 9x5 pool where we can cool off on hot summer days and take advantage of the sun of our beautiful Costa Blanca on the sun loungers, we will enjoy delicious lunches and dinners together thanks to the barbecue. The Plot has 900 m2, the garden is large and consists of various areas, the pool area, the BBQ area and the rest with grass. For greater convenience, the villa has parking for our vehicle.
The views are impressive, open and panoramic to the sea and the bay of Calpe.
