It is 3 km to the town of Calpe, 4 km to the sandy beach with a beach promenade, and a small bay with a sandy beach can be reached in 1.5 km. A tennis court can be rented in the urbanization.

We really like this place. It has a super cool view over the bay, it is very tastefully furnished and decorated (nice garden, too), and the kitchen just has everything you might need (even for a fancy Xmas dinner :-). My wife and I spent almost three weeks here over Xmas and New Year 2025/26. Despite the (sometimes unusually cold) weather, it was really super cosy all the time - the heating works perfectly well.And when the sun was out, it was shorts and T-Shirts like normally at this time. I should probably also mention the W-LAN, which is 1GB fibre - super helpful for us because I needed to stay connected.

Super séjour pour une famille avec adolescents. Les exterieurs sont superbes et la maison est bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à voir ou à faire dans les environs.Attention cependant, la piscine et la maison ne sont pas adaptés pour de jeunes enfants (piscine profonde partout et beaucoup d'escalier)Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
