wonderful apartment

Spent a wonderful vacation in this apartment in September 2014. Great location, near the beach, promenade, cafes, shops, bus stop. The view from the balcony is fantastic - the sea and Ifach rock. Very friendly hosts, thank you Jrardo and Maria Pilar.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pilar et Gerardo, très bons échanges avant l'arrivée. Les points forts: Accueil Emplacement, la vue. Literie Piscine Les points faibles: Appartement à 50 mètres d'une discothèque "Camaleon", impossible de dormir le vendredi et le samedi de 01h00 du matin à 06h00. Équipements: Aucun couteau ne coupe. Le fer à repasser fuit. Le pommeau de douche fuit,on met de l'eau par dessus la paroi vitrée. Assiettes et verres ebréchés. Pas assez de vaisselle pour une location de 4 personnes. Le plafond de la salle de bain en mauvais état avec des champignons. La location pourrait être moins chère car on trouve beaucoup mieux après recherche sur d'autres sites à prix équivalent. Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet appartement.

Einfach nur EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Total nette Vermieter. Geeignet für max. 3 Personen. Das Appartement ist auf der zweiten Etage und durch den vorhandenen Aufzug mühelos zu erreichen. Das Apartment verfügt über einen relativ großen Balkon, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ist bis auf eine Filterkaffeemaschine alles verhanden. Ein weiteres Plus ist dass Haustiere dort erlaubt sind. In der Nähe ist ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz. Die wirklich gute Ortslage des Apartments und auch die sehr zentrale Lage von Calpe ist für Tagesausflüge nach (Valenzia, Alicante etc.) excellent. Die Wohnanlage hat eine schöne und sehr gepflegte Pool Anlage. Kurz gesagt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!!!!

Un très bon sejour

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Pilar et Gerardo. Ce sont des gens charmants avec qui les contacts ont été parfaits. C'est leur fille qui nous a accueillis, beaucoup de gentillesse de sa part également . Le gros atout de cet appartement c'est son emplacement à quelques mètres de la plage,tout près de la promenade et au pied du Peñon . Malgré tout cela reste très calme. La terrasse est géniale avec une vue époustouflante. La résidence et les piscines sont très bien entretenues et très propres. On a adoré ces 15 jours, les photos sont le reflet de l'appartement, la terrasse est même encore mieux. Aux portes de la résidence on trouve restaurants supermarché et l'arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville si on ne veut pas y aller à pied Merci encore à Pilar et Gerardo d'avoir accepté notre petite chienne et merci pour nos échanges (muchos besos).Nous espérons pouvoir revenir et nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent sejourdans un appartement super et très bien placé et propriétaires

Nous avons été accueillis à l'heure convenue par Pilar et Gérardo qui sont des propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et à votre écoute . Ils avaient réservé pour nous le parking et nous offert des pâtisseries de Zaragoza. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien situé à la croisée des 2 grandes plages de Calp face à la plage de la Fossa Levante avec une très belle vue sur la mer et le Penon d'Ifach. Le port est à 200 m et les restaurants sont sur place . La promenade sur le Penon à 2 pas nous a fait découvrir des vues d'ensemble de la cité de Calp absolument extraordinaires .Pilar et Gerardo sont des gens extraordinaires ; durant les tractations pour la location nous avons eu des correspondances très chaleureuses .C'est vraiment une adresse à retenir .

Lovely apartment and perfect location

Lovely apartment - clean and perfectly compact. Wonderful position in well kept and secure communal area. Spotless pools and views from the balcony to die for! The owners are very hospitable and friendly. If I had to find anything that could have improved our experience, it would only be the provision of an electric kettle. Us Brits do love our tea but boiling up a pan was not a problem given everything else was so perfect!

A notre arrivée à Calpe la rencontre avec les propriétaires de l'appartement Maria pilar et Gerardo s'est avéré formidable.tous les 2 sont d'une grande gentillesse et leur appartement est très joli et fonctionnel.toutes les indication sur le site Homelidays sont exactes : salon cuisine salle de bain couchages télé vues piscines et plage sans route à traverser (super pour les enfants). énormes plus : le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni dans la prestation !! balades le soir sur la promenade ou le choix des restaurants est pléthorique. pour résumer nous avons passés avec ma femme et nos 2 petites filles des vacances de reves avec le soleil omniprésent. encore une fois Maria Pilar et Gerardo sont des gents merveilleux. je conseille fortement.
