Beautiful Holiday Bungalow with communal swimming pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed across two floors.



INTERIOR: This bungalow has a GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, TV DTT/SAT and access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double bed each and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR which we access via interior stairs, we will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with en-suite bathtub and access to the terrace, ideal for sunbathing.



EXTERIOR: Beautiful outdoor area with a communal swimming pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for one vehicle.



LOCATION: It is situated in a quiet area, ideal for those who want to relax during their holidays. It is located 2.8 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.5 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.



OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
