The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, guarantees practicality in your culinary preparations. Complete this floor with a toilet for your convenience.







The GROUND FLOOR houses two cozy air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a comfortable double bed. Complementing these spaces, you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub for your relaxation.
