Die Villa ist super geräumig, wirklich sauber, und der private Pool war ein Hit bei den Kindern, Wir haben es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu entspannen und eines Abends den Grill anzufeuern, Die Lage war ideal, um nahegelegene Städte wie Palamós zu erkunden und auch den Strand in kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen, Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN manchmal etwas unzuverlässig war, aber insgesamt haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, Definitiv würden wir wiederkommen!

Liebes Bekvila Team. Ich buche schon seit Jahren bei belvila Ferienhäuser hier in costa brava. in sant-pere-pescador, in LEscala und waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Deshalb kommen wir immer wieder hierhier. Dieses haus oder Villa (villa kann man das nicht nennen) entspricht nicht den Bildern oder Fotos was auf ihre webseite zu sehen ist. Das haus ist ein dreckshaus. Leider muss ich das so sagen, weil wir sehr enttäuscht sind. Wir haben entsprechend sehr viel Geld bezahlt. Das Schlafzimmer unten ist kein Zimmer sondern ein teil der Garage und es stinnkt dort, kann man nicht schlafen. Für die Klimaanlage haben wir extra bezahlt, Klimaanlage gibt es nur in 2 Schlafzimmer , sonst nirgendwo. Es ist sehr schwer hier auszuhalten. Wir sind sehr langen weg gefahren, zurück kann ich nicht und ich habe fast 7000 euro bezahlt. Ich weiß nicht ob sie als belvila etwas machen können, aber das Haus können sie so nicht weiter vermieten. Ich werde auch Fotos machen und Ihnen zuschicken dann können sie sehen wie schlimm das ist. Ich weiß nicht welche rechte ich habe, könnte ich vielleicht was anderes bekommen?? Wir müssen 2 Wochen hier bleiben. Ich hab Urlaub muss eigentlich froh sein, das kann ich aber leider nicht. An Belvila habe ich keine Erwartungen, ich habe nur Hoffnung dass vielleicht Konsequenzen gezogen werden gegenüber den hausbesitzer. Ich weiß nicht mehr was ich schreiben soll. Danke

Sehr schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Gegend mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt. Toll, dass man draußen noch einen überdachten Bereich mit Grill, Kühlschrank und Spüle hat. Ideal auch für die Kinder zum Spielen im Schatten. Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss wurde renoviert, die Betten sind nicht sehr hochwertig, aber sie schlafen bequem. Guter Kontakt zur Immobilie, der Garten und das Schwimmbad werden auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes gepflegt. Sie sind ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum und ca. 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, so perfekt gelegen. Ist in einem schlechten zustands Es gibt nichts mit Reinigungsmitteln / Kräutern versehen ist, so dass Sie selbst mitbringen oder es unterwegs zu kaufen

Die Gegend war in Ordnung, sorry von der Straße, die sehr schlecht bij.Het Haus, wo der Pool das größte Gut war, hatte leider eine Reihe von Minuspunkten, das Garagentor, das wir nicht nutzen konnten, war einer von ihnen und wenn Sie das Wasser oben haben Die Badewanne lief, es lief in der Garage über die Stromleitungen auf dem Boden. Also die Dusche im Obergeschoss, wir aßen nicht mehr und es gab auch ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, das wir benutzen konnten. Alle anderen Dinge waren in Ordnung.
