Heerlijk huis

Wij vonden het een heerlijk huis! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en met name boven is het groot met 4 slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Goede WiFi en matrassen. Het terras heeft de hele dag zon. Een extra parasol die vrij te verplaatsen is zou wel fijn geweest zijn. Er is een parkeeerplaats bij het huis, maar vanwege de steile helling en een bocht hebben wij de auto aan de straat laten staan. Huis is niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent door veel trappen, ook buiten.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, die Lage fantastisch und die Terrasse und der Pool sind toll. Das Haus an sich ist etwas lieblos und nur spärlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht schön oder gemütlich, leider nicht so erholsam. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sonst fehlt auch nichts. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer aber natürlich da, wo man die meiste Zeit verbringt.

Nous avons été très déçus de l'état dans lequel nous avons trouvé la maison : Parasol cassé a même le sol, bonde de la douche bouchée par des cheveux. Trou de cigarette dans le canapé. Volets de la porte vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse qui ne s'ouvrent pas complètement et donc claquent lorsqu'il y a du vent etc ... Nous avons de suite fais un message a l'agence. Des personnes on du passé en notre absence, le parasol a été retiré mais pas remplacé. En revenant d'une d'une journée, nous avons trouvé les volets fermés alors que nous les avions laissé ouvert, donc quelqu'un est venu dans la maison sans que nous n'en n'ayons été informés. Au même titre que l'entretien de la piscine qui a été faite le vendredi avant notre départ sans que nous n'ayons été prévenus. Accessibilité difficile, des marches partout dans la maison a l'extérieur comme a l'intérieur. Si jamais vous avez de jeunes enfants ou des personnes a mobilité réduite pas simple. Points positifs : une vue a couper le souffle, piscine très agréable. Maison plutôt bien équipée, et les ventilo dans chaque chambre sont un vrai plus quand on connaît les chaleurs de l'espagne. La maison est bien située, pas très loin des supermarchés, de la plage de calonge et accès rapide a la 4 voies direction Barcelone où tossa de mar. Nous avons trouvé dommage d'avoir un manque de prestations tels que décrit ci-dessus pour le prix déboursé pour notre séjour.

Bonne localisation et superbe vue mais manque important d’entretien de la maison...ménage négligé,équipements modestes... Nous étions venus l’année dernière et avons été très déçus cette année par la baisse de qualité des équipements,de l’entretien et du ménage de cette villa! Connexion internet quasi inexistante! Personnel en agence peu coopératif! Il a fallu négocier et s’énerver pour avoir un parasol! Nous ne reviendrons plus...

La maison est située dans une urbanisation dense. Le voisin le plus proche a été bruyant pendant 3 jours : travaux d’entretien, jardinage et nettoyage en journée. Il préparait sa maison pour des vacanciers à venir. Un parasol supplémentaire serait appréciable. Excellente situation géographique. Maison confortable et agréable

Hormigas con vistas

Hay un hormiguero dentro del horno de la cocina con lo que nos hemos pasado los tres días pendientes de las hormigas y de no dejar ni un rastro de comida, poniendo veneno en rincones... Bastante desagradable. Menaje insuficiente para 7 personas: dos sártenes (2de3) en mal Estado (rotas, ralladas y oxidadas), platós contadísimos ... Por lo demás, la casa estaba perfecta. Pudimos gozar de la piscina, la barbacoa y las vistas . Los baños, impecables.

Belle Maison

Belle maison bien refaite, intérieurement. Toutefois, les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu pauvre en nombre. Il faudrait revoir le salon de jardin 4 chaises et une toute petite table 4 personnes, un parasol défectueux et seulement 2 transats l'ensemble pour une location de 7 personnes c'est trop peu!! Sinon très belle location.
