We present this charming house located in the lower part of a quiet urbanization on the Costa Brava, in the heart of green landscapes and a few kilometers from the beach. With a traditional and cozy air, it is the perfect refuge for an unforgettable vacation. The property offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for enjoying its outdoor areas, such as the garden, covered terrace and swimming pool, which is maintained weekly. It also has a barbecue area to organize outdoor meals. You can park inside the property.
The interior consists of three bedrooms with natural light, decorated in a cozy and Mediterranean style, and air conditioning in two of them and in the living-dining room. During the winter of 2025, improvements will be made to the house: the office room will be transformed into a bunk room, and the current bunk room will have two single beds.
The privileged location of this house allows you to enjoy the tranquility without moving away from the main attractions of the Costa Brava. In addition to the proximity to the beaches, you will be able to visit renowned cities such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres, as well as charming coastal towns with historical characteristics. The area offers a wide variety of activities, such as cycling, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing and kayaking, as well as the convenience of having services and shopping centers just 5 minutes away.
