Upgraded room to get balcony but when I got there, it was ground level room, no balcony. When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. They put me in the worst room out of all of them.

Situated in a gated location this is a lovely place for a serene and quiet stay. Good staying point for exploring the hill villages of Provence.

This place didn’t have WIFi , No water , No transportation whatsoever not even a taxi , If you go there you gonna be stuck especially if you don’t have a car ! Expedia lied about the distance this hotel was so far away from everything !!!

Petit bémol lit propre mais manque un peu de confort il serait agréable t’avoir une bouilloire et un peu de café et thé pour les personnes qui ce lève tôt surtout le dimanche car le petit déjeuner commence qu’à 8 h et termine à 10 h et qui est un peu pauvre au niveau du choix mais assez convenable ceci n’est pas une critique mais juste une petite remarque pour une amélioration à l’avenir

Scandaleux ! pour une seule nuitée inférieure à 100€ il faut laisser une caution de 300 €. Dans cette chambre il n’y a rien qui n’ait de telle valeur même si je partais avec leur petite télévision elle ne vaudrait pas ce prix là. Il n’y a pas de minibar. Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette demande insensée. Soi-disant la direction l’impose, cependant je doute fortement que le siège ait la main sur les check-in. Ce qui m’a particulièrement blessé c’est l’attitude du personnel parce que j’étais stupéfaite de devoir laisser 300 €. Si vous arrivez après 19:00 la réception est fermé donc pas de caution. C’est ridicule. Je suis déjà venue dans cet établissement récemment et on ne m’avait rien demandé. Je n’ai pas le profil de quelqu’un qui va détériorer le mobilier. Je suis profondément vexée spécialement par l’insistance de la responsable qui sait que je suis propriétaire d’un hôtel qui pourtant me suggère d’aller retirer 300 € en espèces au distributeur (alors qu’on est en raze campagne et qu’il n’y a rien au alentours) si je ne veux pas donner ma carte bancaire en préautorisation. C’est une honte, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement, je me suis sentie humiliée. Je choisis cette halte en point de chute sur la route prévu sur un trajet d’une fois par mois. J’ai failli partir mais il n’y a rien à 50 km à la ronde. Sinon pour le prix la chambre est correcte mais le personnel manque fortement de diplomatie.

Propreté plus que douteuse, personnel de réception ne donne pas les bonnes infos et laisse les gens galérer. L'empreinte de 300 euros sur carte bancaire au motif que les gens cassent tout m'a scandalisé. Aucun état des lieux à l'entrée, aucun état des lieux à la sortie ce qui laisse toute liberté à la femme de ménage de décider de l'état de la chambre. Je déconseile ce lieu.
