Cosy holiday home with pool in Callian

You will find Villa La Mayanne on a dead-end country road in Callian, between open fields. The villa was named after the water stream that borders the garden and behind the electric entrance gate is an imposing building with luxurious facilities such as a private swimming pool, a spacious garden and parking for 2 cars. Ideal for families or friends! The picturesque Callian in the southeast of France is situated on a hilltop with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The focal point of Callian is the medieval castle, which towers over the village and dates back to the 12th century. In addition to the castle, Callian is home to several characteristic buildings and narrow cobbled streets that emphasize the historic character of the village. The village is an ideal base for exploring nearby Provence and the coast, both of which are within easy reach by car. The region is also known for its beautiful hiking trails that wind through the surrounding hills and forests. The enormous garden (3200 m²) surrounding the house is decorated with grass, a jeu de boules area, a swimming pool with terrace and a second covered terrace. It offers rich vegetation, with various flowers, herbs, palm, deciduous and pine trees, and plenty of space to play for the children. Under the covered terrace is an immense shiny table, taken from a yacht, with comfortable chairs and an electric Weber grill. Indoors you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a striking ceiling that makes you feel like you are in a castle. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows with mosquito nets.
