Amazing property , very clean , food is amazing , didnt have any issues and the employees were always nice and willing to help anytime

the guy at the front desk said "buenos tardes" when it was clearly night time and had no idea what day it was. and then he went to the room and there are no room keys. kind of a dated feel to property.

Overall the hotel looks good online but the reality at the check in is other. The bedrooms are are nice size but the bed is extremely hard, ac don’t cool enough, the wifi is almost dial up and others. However, the service that provides the employees are very good.

Good location, but it was a dated hotel. Food was bad service was very slow

Smells wet Bed is kind of hard Noisy AC Good shower /bathroom Dark hallways

None of their 2 pieces of "gym" equipment were in working condition. When I checked in, the lobby smelled of urine. It smelled of urine one other day as well. The front rooms overlook an exceptionally busy street; sitting on the balcony is noisy and smells of vehicle exhaust. Directtv had a good selection of English channels. The #4 pineapple omelette was really good. The hot chocolate and tea at breakfast are best skipped. (I have never had good hot tea in Colombia.) The bed was comfortable enough. Nice having a large refrigerator to store 1.5l and 2l bottles of soft drinks that cost less at the markets than the small bottles in the mini bar. Having a microwave was nice - just bring your own tea bags and sweeteners when you visit Colombia. They tried to charge me a mini-bar juice, but I never drink juice. Maids pounded on door at 10:15 one morning when I was on a computer phone call back home. When I did not answer, they barged in and got between me and my laptop to demand if I wanted room service. I had headphones on. The rooms have no "do not disturb" signs to hang on the door. In over 30 years of international travel, I have never experienced such rudeness from the cleaning staff. 4 star? No. 3 star? Probably. Definitely at least a step above 2 star. Would I stay there again? No.

My experience in this hotel was fantastic, I liked that they took my breakfast to the room

Uffffff primero q nada quiero darle las gracias al personal del hotel aqua Granada..... me trataron muy bien......Se los recomiendo.
