Great place with beautifull ocean view. House is very well equiped. Martin is a great host supported by Rosa which was very nice and helpfull. 10 out of 10. We will come back for sure

Wir waren in der Wohnung Panorama 10 Tage (4 Erw. & 2 Kinder). Insgesamt hat die Whg. durch Ausblick, Größe und den beheizten Pool überzeugt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut; Handtücher für Bad, Küche & Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden. Diese sind zwar nicht mehr die neusten und mangels Trockner relativ hart, aber alles war sauber und damit ok. Die Lage und der Meerblick waren toll. Leider bleibt abzuwarten, ob dieser so erhalten bleibt. Direkt vor dem Pool befindet sich aktuell eine riesige Baustelle (Arbeitszeit Bagger & LKWs: Mo-Sa 8 - 18 Uhr).Der Gastgeber hat uns vorab mit vielen Infos versorgt. Die Baustelle wurde nicht erwähnt. Auch ein Nachlass wurde nicht angeboten. Selbstverständlich kann der Vermieter nichts für die Baustelle der Nachbarn, aber eine Info hätten wir uns gewünscht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bewerten wir mit gut, mit Einschränkungen. Besonders schön ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Meerblick und eigenem Bad. Nicht perfekt ist die Einrichtung der weiteren Schlafzimmer. Die Schränke sind sehr abgenutzt & wackelig, eine Ecke vom Bett war abgebrochen, viele Plastikbügel klebten und im zweiten Badezimmer war ein duschen ohne Überschwemmung kaum möglich. Der Ausblick hat für uns einen hohen Anteil bei der Bewertung des Preises, ohne diesen wäre der Preis in unseren Augen jedoch zu hoch. Sollten die genannten kleinen Mängel zukünftig beseitigt werden, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Location

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 5 - 6 Personen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden und der beheizte Pool mit einem schönen Aussenbereich ist ideal zum relaxen. Das einchecken war hervorragend und Rosa als Ansprechpartnerin hat viele tolle Tips gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen nur empfehlen

Grosse, helle Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der grosszügigen Wohnung der Casa Oliva sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten und einer schönen grossen Terrasse. Der Pool ist sehr einladend und angenehm temperiert. Arco da Calheta ist ein guter Ausgangsort um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besten Dank:)

Merveilleuse endroit

L’endroit est magnifique avec une vue imprenable ! Les propriétaires et rosa très charmant ! On pense être loin de tout tellement c’est calme mais pas du tout ! Près des super marché des petits ports de pêche des petits villages typiques et par la route tout se fait facilement ! Il faut avoir une voiture !

Traumhafter Ausblick in ruhiger Wohngegend

Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich von Rosa empfangen, das Haus war sehr sauber, ein wunderschöner Strauss Blumen stand im Wohnzimmer. Allerdings hatten wir grosses Pech mit dem Wetter an dem Tag der Ankunft am 25.12., auch davor war es wohl recht kalt und regnerisch. Das Haus war sehr ausgekühlt, und es dauerte 2 Tage, bis die 17 Grad überschritten waren, da es- wie üblich- keine Heizungen gab sondern lediglich Heizlüfter in 2 Bädern / eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Anfangs war es dadurch auch etwas muffig und die Sitzmöbel/ Betten klamm. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, von allem ausreichend vorhanden (Töpfe/ Geschirr/ Handtücher) und der Blick aus der Küche/ von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse sind wunderschön, das große Schlafzimmer ist toll, die kleineren Schlafzimmer waren in Ordnung. Gemessen an den 300€/ Tag hätten wir uns mehr erhofft, es war aber absolut in Ordnung und die Lage für Ausflüge perfekt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung Panorama und waren begeistert. Die Küche ist wunderbar und top ausgestattet. Von der großen Hochterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und Arco da Calheta. In der unteren Etage der Villa sind zwei kleinere Wohnungen für je zwei Personen. Es gibt einen gemeinsam genutzten großen Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Für jede Wohnung steht ein Kugelgrill bereit. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und zahlreiche Handtücher, die man benutzen kann. Wir haben uns in der Casa Oliva sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer und zur Verwalterin war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert.

Superbe villa, l'endroit est calme avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un bon séjour , la villa est propre,la cuisine très bien équipée, linge de maison disponible en self service c'est bien pratique, on se sent bien. La terrasse est géniale avec tout ce qu'il faut! Côté piscine idem au top! cependant elle n'est pas chauffée, c'est rafraîchissant de s'y baigner et ça fait un bien fou ! Environnement assez calme et champêtre y a des coqs matinaux😅 et des chiens couches tard. Supérette Almanhecer à 5mn en voiture où on trouve des plats à emporter à très bon prix. Un petit point qui nous a un peu gêné, il n'y a pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants et la lumière extérieure est allumée toute la nuit dans la rue.
