The Pleasures House is a beautiful house with traces Madeira. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, conservatory closed, large terrace and barbecue. The house has been lovingly rebuilt 2 years ago keeping all its rustic charm and original stones. Carefully decorated in neutral tones, using elements that refer to nature and quiet country life, environment with an appeal that combines the modern with rustic without neglecting the comfort and well-being. Private pool, beautiful gardens with subtropical plants, continuous view from dense forest to the infinity of the ocean aligning itself with a romantic sunset. Carefully furnished and equipped with bedding and bathrooms, sun loungers and other garden accessories / pool. The house is well positioned because it has limited access to a few locals. Prime location for activities in the field. A beautiful serene retreat that brings us to an environment breathing fresh country air and colorful nature.

Perfect place to leave stress behind

We had an amazing holiday at "Casa de Prazeres". The house is cosy, all the equipment are in good condition, the details of the furnishing are exciting. The garden is a dream... Very peaceful with beautiful plants, breathtaking view and a nice pool. I really enjoyed, that there is no traffic, no human noise, no close neighbours, just You and the pure nature. It was the best place to spend our holiday after the year-round hard work..The hosts are friendly and helpful. I hope we van return once.

Perfect!

Loved the location and garden. Lovely to return to after a days sightseeing. We always tried to be back by 4 to enjoy the house. Stairs were narrow so wouldn’t advise for very elderly person but everything else was just as we had hoped.

„Paradise on Madeira“

Die Betreuung vor, während und nach der Reise war hervorragend. Nach der anstrengenden Anreise wurden wir freundlich mit frischen Obst und Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank empfangen. Das Haus und der Garten entsprechen exakt den Fotos. Der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Atlantik wird jeden Urlauber noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wenn man möchte, bekommt man jederzeit Tipps und Hinweise von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Die Gespräche sind dabei sehr herzlich. Wir fanden es toll dass eine Waschmaschine vor Ort war. Toll fanden wir auch, dass die Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel, ein paar Gewürze und Schwimmtiere für den Pool vorhanden waren. Für Insider ist es das „Paradies“. Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Eine einmalige Oase

Unsere Familie verbrachte zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist genauso traumhaft, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht - nein, sogar noch besser. Denn was nicht gezeigt werden kann, ist die unglaubliche Energie des Gartens. Der Garten mit seinen wundervollen Blumen und der fantastischen Aussicht über das Meer ist eine Oase, die Erholung pur ermöglicht. Wir liebten es uns an einem der liebevoll gestalteten Sitzplätze mit Blick auf das Meer aufzuhalten und nur Vögel und Bienen zu hören. Toll ist auch der Pool, der wöchentlich gereinigt wird, sowie die Aussendusche und der Grill. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses lässt ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sogar gutes Licht ist vorhanden, was in vielen Ferienhäuser oft nicht der Fall ist. Prazeres ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten und einer der sonnigsten Plätze auf der Insel. Wir können Ferien auf Madeira wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist nicht nur eine wunderschöne Insel, sondern bietet dank ihrer Vielfalt sehr viele Möglichkeiten, so dass jeder Tag zu einem Highlight wird. Bevor wir alles unternehmen konnten, waren die zwei Wochen bereits vorbei. Es war unser erster Besuch auf Madeira, aber hoffentlich nicht unser letzter. Und dann werden wir sicher wieder Alexandra kontaktieren, die eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin ist. Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Abreise spürte man, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Danke für alles Alexandra!

Herrliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Prazeres sehr genossen. Das schön renovierte alte Bauernhaus liegt in einem ruhigen, ländlichen Gebiet im / beim Ort Prazeres. Das Haus selbst ist eher klein, wird aber durch einen großen Wintergarten ergänzt. Der Garten ist herrlich angelegt und nicht einsehbar. Privatsspäre ist also gesichert, Der Meerblick ist wunderschön! Die Vermieter sind ein sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Paar aus Funchal. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen!

Haus kleiner als erwartet, sonst traumhaft.

Alle sehr sauber, Bilder der Anzeige stimmen mit Original überein. Die Grundfläche des Hauses beträgt allerding nur 9mx4m. Davor zum Garten hin ist die Fläche unter dem Balkon im Erdgeschoss vollständig verglast (9mx3m). Dementsprechend sind die Räume im Obergeschoss ( 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Treppenhaus) sehr klein. Der gesamte Garten ist von außen nicht einsehbar, wundervoller Blick auf´s Meer. Sehr ruhige und entlegene Lage. Der Pool ist schön erfrischend ca. 23-24 Grad. Wir waren zu zweit Ende August dort.

Wir haben das Casa da Prazeres volle 2ügen . Haus mit Pool super gelegen mit wunderbarem Garten.

Wir haben die 2 Juliwochen in der sauberen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Da es eine Aussenküche hatte, konnten wir uns wie beim Zelten immer in der freien Natur aufhalten. Der Pool war eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den Levadawanderungen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Prazeres selber ider in Calheta.Alles in allem nur empfehlenswert.

Very nice location with a lot of privacy

We had spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. Everything is arranged very nice and tasteful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are like in a 5 ***** First class Hotel. Really, really nice. The kitchen offers everything you need. Everything is very clean and very well maintained and a great garage is available for parking the car. What impressed us most, was the very nice garden with beautiful flowers in all colors, the nice and very clean pool and the breathtaking seaview from the terrace. I still have this wonderful and impressive picture in my mind, when I stood up in the moring and looked out of the window... The villa is in a very calm spot with perfect privacy. No disturbing neighbours. Perfect for coming down. Several nice restaurants and supermarkets are not far away (1-2 kms). When we come back to Madeira next time, this location will be our first choice!! The communication with the owner was perfect. Very kind people. One reason more to come back! Sehr, sehr freundliche und umsichtige Vermieter. Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt.Das Haus ,der Garten,der Pool,alles sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Blick auf den Atlantik,die Ruhe,die Blumen,paradiesisch! Kleine Randbemerkung:wer gehbehindert ist,sollte dieses schöne Haus nicht mieten,da die Treppe im Haus sehr schmal und steil ist.Kleines Manko:keine Spülmaschine.Ansonsten alles perfekt und traumhaft schön.

unter den Top 3 Fincas die wir gebucht haben!

Einfach Klasse! Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war alles da ...man mußte nicht für eine Woche noch Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Salz oder Pfeffer kaufen egal was die Grundausstattung war da. Super sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Der Pool ist sogar 6-8 Meter lang dass man sogar ein paar Bahnen ziehen kann. Im Dorf gibt es einen Minimarkt inkl. Bäcker und 3 gute Restaurants falls man mal nicht selber kochen möchte. Vom Dorf aus gibt es direkt 3 - 4 Wanderrouten. Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig. Einen Stern Abzug geben wir weil wir das ganze Haus gebucht hatten, vor Ort sich aber herausstellte das man als Pärchen ein Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen darf. Nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 25 Euro pro Tag hätten wir das zweite Bett nutzen dürfen. Das ging aus unserer Buchung nicht hervor und haben wir so in den letzten 10 Jahren auch noch nicht erlebt. Einen Kompromiss konnten wir nicht erzielen. Somit war unserer Anfangsbegeisterung in Enttäuschung übergegangen. Hat sich aber nach 3 Tagen gelegt und wenn man es weiß oder 175 Euro pro Woche mehr bezahlt, ist man auch nicht enttäuscht. Fazit: dennoch ein Maga Haus mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern!
