Mit dem Gastgeber hatte ich nur via FeWo-Portal Kontakt. Die Ferienwohnung von Carlos verfügt über einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer undxeinem tollen Garten.Das war es dann aber auch schon.Die Ausstattung ist recht billig und schlecht. Alles in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche hat leider keinen Backofen. Der Pool befindet sich ganz unten auf dem Grundstück und ist wirklich Mini.Ganz schlimm ist die Parksituation. Man kan auf dem Grundstück parken, aber das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein. Oft versperren Nachbarn den Weg vor der Ein-/Ausfahrt.Die Ferienwohnungen müssten dringend modernisiert werden, wenn man das Preisniveau so halten will.
