Wonderful, spacious apartment

Owners are responsive and kind, apartment very well equipped, very spacious and well located.The entry driveway is narrow so be mindful when selecting rental vehicle. We had a Nissan Juke and a confident driver so no issues.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view and deck, with the paragliders sailing in the evening within 20 metres of us, is very special indeed.Thank you for opening your home to us Carlo and Cassia. We would stay again and recommend.

Cassia war immer sehr gut erreichbar, hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert und sich gut gekümmert. Schmale Zufahrt, die aber gut nutzbar ist, wenn man langsam fährt. Sehr schöner westlicher Blick.

Eine sehr schöne und sehr große Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Nespresso-Maschine, Toaster usw. Tolles Badezimmer.Der Check-in verläuft problemlos über einen in einem Wandtresor deponierten Schlüssel, welcher sich an der Außenmauer des Grundstücks befindet und mit einer Zahlenkombination zu öffnen ist.Da die Wohnung oben auf dem Berg liegt, sollte man den Fahraufwand zur und von der Wohnung nicht unterschätzen. Dafür wird man allerdings mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt.Die sehr sehr enge Zufahrt zum Stellplatz am Haus ist eine kleine Herausforderung, aber typisch für die Straßen auf Madeira.

Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen schönen Madeira-Aufenthalt: geräumig, sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf Berge und Meer. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber hat gut geklappt (per WhatsApp).

Einfach nur toll!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Absolut ruhig und mit sensationellem Blick auf‘s Meer. Wir konnten selbst im Dezember jeden Tag auf einem der Balkone frühstücken und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit Cassia und Carlos waren unkompliziert, sehr nett und hilfreich, z.B. beim Eichecken. Vielen Dank für alles!

Traumhafte Aussicht in einer luxuriösen Ferienwohnung

Wir haben als Paar einen wunderschönen 2- wöchigen Urlaub in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Cassia und Carlos verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös, gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das große Doppelbett ist sehr bequem und man kann bei geöffneter Terrassentür schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, war aber nicht erforderlich, weil es auf dem Berg nachts gut abkühlte. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert, ebenfalls der Fernseher, auch deutsche Programme konnten empfangen werden. Rund um das Haus stehen 4 Terrassen bzw. Balkone zur Verfügung je nach Bedarf. Das Beeindruckendste ist jedoch die Aussicht vom Balkon bei Sonnenuntergang. Dort zu sitzen ist purer Genuss. Cassia und Carlos wohnen im unteren Hausbereich, man ist im oberen Bereich jedoch völlig ungestört und hat auch einen eigenen Eingang. Empfang und Verabschiedung waren sehr freundlich und wir werden sicherlich beim nächsten Madeira Urlaub wieder dort wohnen.

Ruhe & Erholung mit phantastischer Aussicht auf das Meer

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie sie im Internet beschrieben wurde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat eine sehr gute Aussicht auf das Meer und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Vermieter Cassio und Carlos waren sehr freundlich und umkompliziert. Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zum Empfang bzw. Schlüsselabgabe verlief alles völlig unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung bietet sich für Ausflüge in den Süden, Westen und Norden an. Für Ausflüge in den Osten muss man halt mehr Zeit einkalkulieren. Einziger kleiner Mangel war die Matratze. Sie war wohl schon etwas älter und nicht mehr ganz so bequem, aber die Vermieter wussten darum und meinten, dass die neue Matratze schon bestellt ist. Mit der neuen Matratze ist die Wohnung dann perfekt. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung für einen traumhaften Urlaub.

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir haben hier 2 Wochen im August zu zweit Urlaub gemacht. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr sauber und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Terrasse mit ihren drei Bereichen ist ein Traum schlecht hin. Essen, sonnen oder chillen - alles ist möglich - Cassia und Carlos haben hier sehr geschmackvoll alles eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich und muss man erleben. Jeden Abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Die Gastgeber Cassia und Carlos sind sehr sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zum Empfang bzw. Schlüsselabgabe verlief alles völlig unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist auch nur 5 Autominuten vom Strand (Calheta) entfernt, so dass man nach anstrengenden Wanderungen immer noch mal ins Wasser kann. Wir können die Wohnung/Haus und unsere Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Ruhe & Erholung mit phantastischer Aussicht

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Cassia & Carlos war herzlich, superschnell und total gästeorientiert. Als wir anfangs eine Kaffeemaschine vermissten, wurde die am nächsten Tag gebracht und als der Toaster kaputt ging, gab es gleich einen neuen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und der Ausblick von der Terrasse mit dem allabendlichen Farbenspiel zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche ist lichtdurchflutet, gut ausgestattet und der Induktionsherd kann richtig was. Alles war tiptop sauber und gepflegt - wie auf den Bildern. Parken konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto 10 und bis zum Wandergebiet Paul da Serra nur knapp 20 Minuten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
