Relaxing and adventure

The apartment has everything needed. Rosa was wonderful at letting us in and showing us everything. We spent 5 nights and were able to explore much of the island. Loved it!

The property was ideal for our needs with plenty of space both inside and out. The facilities provide in the property were very good and the seating area adjacent to the pool and looking out over Calheta and the sea were lovely

Toller Pool, tolle Aussicht und ruhige Lage

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Casa Oliva / Wohnung Vista Mar 1 sehr genossen und haben uns prima erholt. Der beheizte Pool mit Meerblick war ein Traum, die Wassertemperatur lag noch bei 26°C und wir hatten zudem das Glück, fast die ganze Woche allein in der Anlage zu sein. Unsere Wohnung und die ganze Anlage waren "picobello" sauber. Ein großes Dankeschön an Rosa, die die Anlage pflegt und uns eine gute Einweisung und wertvolle Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Wir kommen voraussichtlich im Frühjahr 2026 noch einmal nach Madeira und werden dann gerne wieder diese oder die benachbarte Wohnung Vista Mar 2 buchen.

Top Lage, gute Ausstattung, kleinere tierische Probleme

Das Appartement liegt wunderschön und ist exakt beschrieben. Wünschenswert wäre vor allem Insektenschutzgitter im Bad & Insektenschutztür im Eingang. Ansonsten hat man Abends nur die Möglichkeit alles zuzulassen oder man teilt das Appartement immer wieder mit Stechmücken & Kakerlaken (Hat NICHTS mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu tun! Die leben einfach in den Beeten). Die Verwalterin vor Ort, Rosa (sehr gutes Englisch) macht hier einen sehr guten Job. Die Mikrowelle scheint defekt zu sein oder wir konnten sie nicht bedienen. Dank Backofen konnten wir Reste der Restaurants (die Portionen sind fast immer riesig) trotzdem aufwärmen. Es liegen viele nützliche Informationen in der Wohnung bereit und auch der Kontakt mit dem deutschen Eigentümer im Vorfeld war sehr gut und hilfreich. Zur Anfahrt empfehle ich als Ort Arco da Calheta oder die PLZ + Straße einzugeben. Ansonsten leitet Maps ggf. völlig falsch. Zu guter Letzt: Grundsätzlich fürs erste Mal Madeira: Übt Berganfahren am steilsten Hügel den ihr zu Hause findet. Ansonsten kann es hin und wieder problematisch werden :-)

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Garten bzw. Terasse und Ausblick traumhaft und die Lage perfekt, um Ausflüge zu machen. Dafür sollte man hier unbedingt ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Die Gastgeber geben sich sehr Mühe, dass alles passt und man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat.

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Meerblick

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit tollem Blick über das Meer. Beheizter Pool, der auch schon im Februar zu nutzen war. Die Küche hat leider bereits die besten Jahre hinter sich. Teilweise wurden Geräte ausgetauscht. Die Microwelle dient aber nur noch zu Dekorationszwecken. Für das vorhandene einsame Weinglas haben wir im Supermarkt noch einen Partner erworben :-) .

Wunderschön

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Casa Olivia - Vista Mar 1! Die Anreise war etwas holprig, weil wir die Wohnung nicht gleich gefunden haben, aber Dank netter Einheimischer, haben wir mit Rosa Kontakt aufgenommen und sie hat uns sofort abgeholt, zur Wohnung geleitet und super freundlich empfangen. Die Spülmaschine war kaputt und beim Backofen kann man die Einstellung nicht mehr lesen, aber sonst lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum und bis auf den sehr ambitionierten Hahn in der Nachbarschaft ;) ist es wunderbar ruhig! Toll, dass es solche Urlaubs-Oasen gibt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet...selten so viele Küchenutensilien vorgefunden. Der Blick aufs Meer beim Frühstück oder der Sonnenuntergang am Pool - einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, inklusive diverser Tipps, war super.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die Begrüßung durch Rosa waren super. Vor allem die zahlreichen Tipps von Ausflugszielen bis Restaurants haben die Reiseplanung noch vereinfacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
