Beautiful villa equipped with everything we needed

We loved our time in Maderia and the villa made the experience even more enjoyable. The weather could have been better, especially when we decided to travel to the other side of the island and ended up in the clouds and rain as we were so high up the mountain. May is early season to visit Maderia so we knew we were taking a chance, but it was still warm and sunny enough for us to sunbathe and swim in the (heated) pool. We visited the local bar a couple of times for a couple of beers and to play pool. The owner was very friendly and gave us a free sample of his food. We loved both the area and the villa and will definitely be going back!

Superbe maison

Superbe maison, spacieuse et tout confort. Le jardin est très agréable avec une vue sur la mer bien dégagée. Cuisine bien équipée, chambres et salle de bain spacieuses, je n'ai parlé pas du salon immense ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Merci à Jean pour ses réponses lors de nos sollicitations, merci également à Garry pour son accueil, les explications à l'arrivée et son aide aussi lors de notre départ.

Everything fine

the house is very beautiful and is really located in the warmest and sunniest area of Madeira. The house is beautifully and harmoniously furnished and offers everything you need. Here and there you can already see traces of the humid climate but it definitely does not disturb the great view and the living feeling. Only one point of criticism is that the description does not clearly show that the heating of the pool must be paid extra. We have enjoyed our nice time in Madeira Best regards Martin,Petra and Lilly

Belle villa avec piscine et beau point de vue

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Madère. Notre location présentait de belles prestations. Nos filles ont adoré la piscine chauffée. Le petit plus était un garage en sous sol très pratique et une cuisine équipée complètement... le seul bémol, mais pas la faute du proprio, la présence d'insectes rampants autour de la piscine... donc nettoyage à faire de la piscine avant chaque utilisation... Mais comme dit c'était plus une contrainte qu'une gêne. Sinon Arco est super bien placé pour la visite de l'île et bien protégé du mauvais temps quand il y en a. Nous conseillons donc cette location.

Ein schönes Haus, aber deutlicher Renovierungsstau

Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön. Keine Frage. Es wird auch durchaus versucht, mit Sachen wie Wii, Hollywoodschaukel, Spielen das Ganze so bequem wie möglich zu machen. Leider täuscht es nicht darüber hinweg, dass in der Garage riesige Kakerlaken herum laufen, dass ein Küchenschrank nach einem offensichtlichen Wasserschaden komplett moderig und stockig riecht und das Geschirr unbenutzbar ist. Die Betten sind so schlechter Qualität, dass wir alle jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen hatten. Die Wasserpumpe fiel täglich aus, musste von uns angeschaltet werden, sonst lagen Toiletten und Waschbecken trocken. Die Terrasse war so rissig, dass sich die Kinder dauernd Splitter eintraten, ein Kind innerhalb einer Stunde 8(!!!) Splitter. Ein wenig mehr Investion in die doch sehr schöne Wohnung war deutlich zu vermissen. Für 170€ pro Tag kein angemessener Preis. Und dass man dann für den warmen Pool extra zahlen muss... ein No-Go. Alles in allem: nettes Haus, wenn die Besitzer einfach mal renovieren würden.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer wundervollen Lage.

Das Haus ist praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Wunsch, den Pool stärker zu erwärmen wurde erfüllt. Da wir leider zum Teil schlechtes Wetter hatten, hat Garry uns mit weiteren Heizkörpern versorgt (ohne Aufforderung) und mit den vielen TV Programme, WLAN und der Ausstattung war das Warten auf besseres Wetter angenehm. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel zu besuchen. Der kleine Supermarkt und das Restaurant in Loreto sind zu empfehlen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus, schöne Zimmer und einmaliger Blick - kleine Abstriche bei der Ausstattung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, komfortabel und geräumig. Dank des Pools waren die Kinder den ganzen Tag beschäftigt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort klappt einwandfrei - von der Ankunft über Fragen und Probleme vor Ort bis zur Abreise. Kleine Abstriche muss man bei der beschriebenen Ausstattung machen - hier und da sind kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten und Ausbesserungen nötig. Die Gegenschwimmanlage funktioniert nicht, die Tischtennisplatte ist kaputt und von den 8 Liegen gibt es nur 3. Auch gibt es keinen Esstisch (weder drinnen noch draußen), an dem 10 Leute Platz finden. Trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Grosse Villa mit wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Gute Einrichtung.

Wir haben schöne zwei Wochen dort verbracht.Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Strasse ist nicht viel befahren, der Garten macht einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Très agréable maison

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans la maison de José. Nous étions 10 dont 6 enfants et ils ont grandement apprécié la piscine chauffée au retour des randonnées. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, avec une superbe vue sur le large. Pour qu'elle soit parfaite, il manque juste des rideaux aux fenêtres des chambres. Et merci à Garry pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Formidable en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille. Nous avons logé à 9, 2 couples avec enfants (7,10,13 et 16 ans) et leur grand-mère . Le séjour était l'occasion de tous se retrouver et le contrat est rempli. La maison est spacieuse, calme, propre et conforme au descriptif. Si je demande aux enfants ils vous diront qu'ils ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine (penser à prendre l'option chauffage que nous avions pris pour cette periode de l'année) et la Wii. Chaque a pu profiter de son espace. Bonne literie . Nous ne manquons pas de remercier Garry pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Nous avons eu un petit souci de wifi en début de séjour qu'il n'a pas manqué de résoudre en peu de temps, nous lui en sommes reconnaissant. Pour compléter les conseils, il y a des alimentations au bord de la mer en contrebas mais aussi plus prêt au-dessus de la maison. Le stationnement en sous-sol en un plus appréciable lorsque l'on ne souhaite pas laisser la voiture sur la voie publique. La position géographique du logement est idéal pour rayonner à l'ouest comme à l'est ou au nord. N'oublions pas la magnifique vue sur la mer. Merci , à bientôt sur l'île.

Superbe Villa tout confort et moderne..Envie de repartir!!!

Voilà, difficile de laisser ce bel endroit qu'est Madère..mais nous avons passer un séjour extraordinaire dans cette villa aux atouts modernes et très bien situé pour ceux qui souhaitent s'échapper de la capital Funchal et profiter du calme des bananeraies...Vue exceptionnelle sur l'Océan avec un grand O car l'immensité est époustouflante. Que dire de l'accueil avec un Gary qui respire la bonté et la sympathie. La villa est tout confort avec même un espace fitness dans le garage. Une piscine "eau salée" face à l'océan qui ne pique absolument pas contrairement à ce que je pensais et dont nous avons savoureusement abusé. La literie est bonne et les les salles d'eau sont spacieuses et très agréables avec encore et toujours , le tout confort (baignoire+douche à jets) Bref, une location de rêve pour une île de rêve..que dire de plus...Ah si, je remercie vivement le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse de nous avoir laissé la maison 2 jours de plus et de nous avoir trouver une villa de location pour la dernière nuit afin de parer à notre report de vol. Un grand merci donc à vous.
