House was nice ! Check in and out super easy!! Nice to have air conditioning! Supplies and very very limited!! Only 6 towels for 5 days with 4 people! No toilet paper/ dish clothes paper towel ! Kitchen was very minimally stocked again 6 plates for 4 people for 5 days we washed a lot of dishes No lamps in bedrooms ! Again new very clean but very minimal supplies or furniture.! Be great to have extra seating in living room. Or even a second tv for the kids to watch! Location to RMSJ or spruce was perfect!! Couldn’t ask for better!

Landscape in progress, roughed-in yard & rear parking; rear deck by installed by construction crew on our 2nd day. All interior light fixtures lacked dimming functions. Hot water slow to reach 2nd floor bathrooms. Easy access with coded front door lock. Positive Communication with owner upon rental payment: immediately after payment confirmed & days prior to our arrival. Minimal utensils, cooking pans, clean & sanitized washrooms, kitchen area, uber cool electric fireplace. Need blackout blinds on west facing bedroom windows - - - over-the-top bright @ 5:45am! House met our needs for the 5-day duration: grocery store @ nearby Sobeys was .

Fantastic new property- needs a few more items
The place is new and fantastic! I stayed with my daughter who was competing at Spruce sub 10 minutes any time of day!). Would stay again. It’s clear I was one of the first renters as there are a few bits that need completing.A couple of observations: - children’s plates not present ( we didn’t need but noted)- 4 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 6- knives labelled hand wash- no extra kitchen linens- no night stand lights- no face cloths- no bath mats- no extra cutlery- only one hair dryerGreat tv room, well designed, beds comfortable , appliances great

Good location for travel around south Calgary and to Okotoks. Very new build in area with lots of construction but very quiet at night.
