**Please note that this home is one of two separate legal suites. It has separate heating, ventilation, smoke shields, temperature controls, and soundproofing between the floors. The entrances are separate. You do not have access to the suite downstairs and they do not have access to your suite. The only shared space is the backyard. In addition, the deck will not be completed until Spring 2025, and the doorway out from the kitchen is not usable at this time.** 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although dogs (sorry, no cats) are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
