No complaints about the room or the staff . Lots of different food options . The chinese food buffet was kinda gross . The salad bar made up for the sub par hot food . Cheap low buget deserts but the fruit bar was pretty good . I also enjoyed the outdoor hottub, went in around 10 pm . It was -18c... pretty cool experience. I wpuld definitely stay again .

The Grey Eagle is always clean and we enjoy the property. However, the water pressure in a newly renovated room was terrible so the shower was freezing and we had to turn the thermostat off because our room was so hot and we could not change the temperature. It was an uncomfortable sleep. Very unfortunate as we have stayed in the past and loved it.

Pretty good but on the outskirts

Overall it was a nice stay. I wish there was more around to do. It’s a bit isolated. The food I had was not bad and reasonably priced. I may stay downtown next time.

Well, after we checked in and ready for bed, there was hair on our bed sheet which was quite disgusting, I actually have a photo of it. Our bed sheets were never changed only rearranged everyday. There was dirt on the floor and a candle that was used.

Everything about this venue was exceĺlent. From the friendly service, comfortable rooms, and dining options. The only improvement would be to increase the humidity in the rooms - it was difficult to sleep with how dry it was.
