The staff were incredibly happy , and enjoyed their jobs!! Which ment to me this establishment treated their employees well!!! We will definately be back!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were impeccable , the service was on point!! The food was outstanding.

Attached casino is best part, unfortunately parking in the hotel lot was full, very frustrating as had to park in overflow, staff wasn’t helpful showing where parking lot was. Also wasn’t given the room we booked through Expedia, seems like staff was disorganized.

The gratuity percentage should really be decided by the guest, not automatically by the hotel. Also, I found it quite ridiculous that the TV had no regular channels—no music, no movies, nothing—unless you paid an extra $25 for a subscription. For the price you pay to stay here, basic entertainment should absolutely be included. I understand the business model, but this part just felt unreasonable. Overall, the experience was good, but it could have been much better. Honestly, there are plenty of nicer hotels out there with better amenities and lower prices.
