Situated in the peaceful Calgary NW community of Nolan Hill. This is a secondary / basement suite with 2 Bedrooms.

Lots of renovations
1. All new appliances (i.e Fridge, Washer, Dryer, Stove & Microwave)
2. All new furniture, bedding, utensils etc
3. All new interior paint
4. New TV, toaster, coffee maker

The suite was designed with lots of insulation.
1. (ROXUL SAFE'n'SOUND) that absorbs the acoustic (air borne) noise.
2. A resilient channel that absorbs impact noise.

There is a large microwave and a recently installed stove.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Home away from home - ideal location

We had a great weeklong stay and discovered that our location was easy to get to from everywhere. The apartment itself was pristine, well-appointed and had great beds. Parking was never an issue. If we had any questions or issues, they were very quickly resolved with our host who went out of their way to respond.We were busy all week and it was wonderful to come back to this apartment after a busy day to relax and refresh. It was quiet and close to several shopping areas, so always easy to dash out for things.We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to Calgary.
