Tudo muito bom!

Flat muito bom, limpo, camas confortáveis, tamanho ideal. Excelente localização. Perto de tudo. Não precisa de carro pra fazer nada. O café da manhã com muita variedade e sabor. O fato de não ser servido no próprio hotel não prejudicou em nada. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Voltaria com certeza!

como assim?

nossa estadia? chega a ser engraçado, se não for levado a sério esta pergunta, visto que no retorno da viagem os notifiquei das condições de desprezo aos hóspedes pelo hotel em questão. mas volto a dizer o que disse, e não fui lido, ouvido, sequer tomado conhecimento por vocês, sobre tais condições: ficamos hospedados por 7 dias, no segundo dia a pessoa responsável pela limpeza estava no ap ao lado, pedi que trocasse ao menos as toalhas, já que não temos costume de sujar o ambiente, ela, sem ao menos olhar para mim, disse: é só deixar a chave na portaria. desci à portaria, onde havia deixado a chave, que disse que iria limpar o ap. neste dia trocaram as toalhas mas nem arrumaram as camas! depois não tomaram mais conhecimento de nossas reclamações, ficamos usando as toalhas que levamos de casa ( para piscina) no banheiro, compramos sabonetes e papel higiênico no mercado... e desaforadamente fomos direcionados a tomar o café da manhã ( incluso na diária) num restaurante a 100 metros do hotel, como sabe quem conhece Rio Quente, numa rua com acentuado aclive! soubemos depois que o dono do restaurante é o síndico do prédio do hotel. É imperdoável tal conduta, do hotel e depois dessa Empresa (Hoteis.com) em não nos dar satisfação alguma sobre nossa reclamação, e sarcasticamente vir agora, um mes depois, voltar perguntar como foi nossa estadia!! espero uma resposta vossa ainda.

O grande problema foi que não tinha serviço de pessoas com as bagagens e principalmente meu quarto só tinha um ar condicionado de gaveta só na sala que não esfriava! Passamos muito valor!

Hotel Simples.

Hotel insosso, piscina muito pequena, sem atrativos para crianças e adultos. O apartamento até atende para se dormir bem, mas não aconselho ir para este hotel para ficar dias, no máximo dormir por uma ou duas noites. Alguns atendentes atendem Super bem, outros deixam a desejar. Café da manhã fraco, a comida vai acabando e eles demoram de repor. Divulgam cama king e na verdade é Queen. Não tem TV a cabo e a internet não funciona no quarto e mal funciona na recepção. Péssimo serviço.

Limpeza

A camareira foi limpar o quarto e deixou sem papel higiênico. A toalha que estava no chão para troca foi pendurada como se estivesse limpa. A camareira levou o lençol e deixou apenas a roupa de cama que era menor do que o colchão, ou seja, qualquer movimento durante o sono você fica em contato direto com o colchão velho e amassado que está por baixo. O piso do box foi feito sem caída para o ralo, fica sempre um volume grande de água parada, mesmo sem o chuveiro estar ligado.
