Péssimo atendimento

O hotel é ótimo, mas o atendimento é péssimo, não explicam quando a reserva é particular ou pelo próprio hotel, restringem acesso a várias áreas do hotel, no meu apartamento não tinha sequer uma xícara para tomar um café, a descarga não funcionava, tampouco o ar condicionado. Um verdadeiro descaso com o hóspede!

Sem roupa de cama, toalhas nem travesseiros

Check-in muito demorada, mais de 30 minutos. Pois chegam muitos ônibus ao mesmo tempo, e há apenas 5 pessoas no máximo fazendo check-in. Boa infraestrutura de lazer com sauna, piscinas. Quarto apesar de ter um bom tamanho é ruim porque não tem limpeza/camareira diariamente. Não tem NENHUM item de roupa de cama nem toalha nem travesseiro. Então o hóspede tem que se virar para levar isso tudo para o hotel. Que tem basicamente móveis e cama no apartamento.

Uma boa estadia

Em geral foi uma boa estadia, porém tem muito o que melhorar. Apesar do esforço dos funcionários em prestar um ótimo serviço, falta estrutura, funcionários... São muitos hóspedes e poucos elevadores, por exemplo.

O lugar é bom, não gostei de ser abordado a todo momento por pessoas perguntando minha renda dizendo que era para me atender melhor, me ofereceram um Bônus de ir a um water park ou um jantar gratuito se eu fosse para uma reunião onde me ofereceriam algo para comprar, eu fui com intuito de descançar e esse marketing agressivo me fez por vários momentos pedir licença q não tinha interesse no bônus ou no produto que queriam me apresentar.
