You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cash Cleaning deposit: BRL 100 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 150 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of BRL 100 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present—in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo—a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
