Prédio muito antigo, elevadores pequenos, banheiros na área de piscina sujos, toalhas com no mínimo 2 anos de uso, banheiro sem exaustor, área de piscina bastante escorregadio, porção de batata foi fritada em gordura velha, e após isso minha esposa passou mal e minha sogra deu alergia!

O maior problema foi na hora de realizar o Check-in, o atendente não conseguia encontrar a minha reserva, esperei muito, mas descobri depois que o erro segundo o atendente foi do Hotels.com. "O nome estava *Atônio*", meu nome é Antônio, na minha visão, não justifica o tempo que esperei, porque imagino que todas as reservas são feitas usando o CPF do hóspede, foi quando tive outra surpresa, que segundo o atendente "as reservas são feitas apenas usando nomes e não conseguem verificar por CPF", fora todo o constrangimento que passei, estava com minha esposa e meus 2 filhos, achamos até que tínhamos sido vítimas de algum golpe, o que de fato acontece e vemos em jornais com alguma frequência realmente. Quanto ao Check-out, simplesmente não conseguíamos um elevador, mais uma vez esperamos muito tempo para conseguir descer, pensei na escada, mas com crianças e malas não era uma opção - estávamos no 8º andar. Elogios: O clube é realmente um referência, especialmente as piscinas infantis, as piscinas do prédio também são de boa qualidade, quanto as camareiras, as duas que me atenderam, foram bem simpáticas.

Otimo lugar para ficar em caldas novas. Quarto completo com camas confortáveis, roupas de cama sempre trocadas, ar condicionado refrigerando bem o espaço. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e educados. Único ponto a ser observado é em relação aos elevadores pois são muitos hóspedes para apenas dois elevadores formando filas.

Quarto limpo, cama boa, bem confortável. Piscinas agradáveis. Restaurante com a comida muito boa e muita variedade, incluindo sorvete à vontade máquina de café com capuccino, chocolate quente etc. Um ponto negativo são os elevadores: pequenos, muita espera e quase sempre cheios, dependendo se o hotel estiver cheio. Definitivamente, os elevadores não foram projetados para atender a quantidade de hóspedes previstos.

O hotel estava muito cheio, porém todos da equipe estavam muito bem preparados para a alta demanda, não passei sufoco algum, tudo funcionou muito bem. Refeições bem preparadas e quentes. Um ponto a melhorar é a tecnologia e velocidade dos elevadores, muito lentos e confusos com relação as paradas. Ao apertar um botão de chamada um sistema inteligente mandaria o mais próximo e coisas assim. Sensor de peso e espaço para não ficar parando em todos os andares também.
