Beautiful 4 room apartment with a large balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom.
Unique location in the middle of the vineyards with a breathtaking lake view.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room. It is possible to set up an emergency bed in the living room. A cot and high chair are also part of the inventory. Dogs are of course welcome.
Spacious garden with wooden grill and swimming pool.
The pool is also used by me and my family.

Our guests receive a free wine pass with which they can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.

perfect stay in paradise

For our family of 4, this was the perfect place. Stefan and his family where very welcoming and helpful, but also very discrete. We felt at home immediately. The house is located 1 km from the centre of Caldaro in a calm street between the vineyards Everything you need is available. Stefan even got us excellent e-MTBs to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool (lightly salted and not chlorinated water) a lot. And then there is the view... This is nothing less than a little paradise.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage inmitten von Weinbergen aber dennoch zentrumsnah. Wunderbarer Blick ins Tal vom Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung ein erlebnis. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder

Ein absoluter Traum! Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten der Weinberge. Der Pool, die Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten sind ein Traum. Sehr sympathische Vermieter.
