Un appartement avec un potentiel de fou. Une déco sympa, à un emplacement parfait.Quelques bémols toutefois :- Propreté moyenne, presence de poussières, de saleté sur le sol.- Plafond et une cloison avec probable dégât des eaux antérieures non refaits- Abbattant des toilettes mal serré...Voilà ce ne sont peut être que des détails, mais ça gâche un peu le plaisir.
