Good points: nice place, good location, great parking if you are able to get in the garage, literally Right outside your room. Nice amenities, nice beach and pool view, furniture, kitchen and bathroom were stocked. There were two arcade machines, tv’s in both rooms, and some nice extra touches to the room with the wall fireplace. (Not real people, just fake fire with electric heat but it was a nice touch to the room) host was very responsive to our questions. The main bed and the Murphy bed were good. Good valueNot so good’s - the room is totally separate from the hotel, so they don’t do cleaning service or towels, trash bags… etc. Your on your own, you have 4 sets of towels wash cloths and a couple dish towels. Had to do some extra cleaning from the last folks that were there. Needed more information about the place when you get there. Where things are located, what’s the hotel rules, policy, we had to figure all that out on our own. The air conditioner was on the Fritz in the bedroom, good thing it was not melt your face off hot outside. There was some things damaged or broken when we got there, nothing to serious. The couch bed was not so good. Hard to get back in place and uncomfortable. Overall nice place for the price, I would go back but I hope they get the towel thing worked out. That was one of the most inconvenient things about it.
