Noise next room to me. I had to call twice the front desk to tell them to lower it and it still didn’t help much. Bathroom not the cleanest. Otherwise ok
The Beds were too small, not enough space for two standard adults.

Check-in seemed easy enough upon arrival. The room I received was directly in front of the loud ice-maker and next to a service door which was constantly being slammed, and the loud traffic noise outside. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room, but was told the hotel was full despite other folks being checked into other rooms as I was at the front desk. The next day I was given a smaller room, and I had high hopes of getting a good nights rest finally. WRONG!!! The young people in the next room were super loud and constantly opening and slamming doors. Well, it was now past 2:30am, and I since they did not stop I called the front desk to report the situation. Shortly after my call, the noise stopped for about 5 minutes, but they started up again with all their noise. I patiently waited for them to get tired, but no such luck. Now it was past 3:30am, so I reported the situation again to the front desk who told me they would have a talk with these folks again. Again, the noise stopped shortly after my call. However, this time, they started deliberately beating on the wall and yelling obsenities. To make a long story short, I did not sleep well on this trip. The next morning I personally reported the situation to the front desk, and the young lady said she was aware of it. It was as if she did not care. At no time did anybody apologize or offer any type of concession not even a bottle of water. The housekeeping staff told me, things like that happen there often, and they have to look the other way. So, if you want to party, or be treated with indifference and not get a good nights sleep, this is the place to be...
Had a great experience, room was clean, hotel in excellent conditions. Food was very good.

The hotel was very easy to find. We were worried because we couldn't find it on our GPS but it was right on the main road through town. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and spoke more English than I spoke Spanish. The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, and the bed was perfect (on the hard side which we like). The WiFi worked great from the room. The only cons were the bathroom was a little small and there wasn't an in room refrigerator or microwave (staples in the US but maybe not in Mexico). There was a nice fitness room (we didn't use it) and a large outdoor pool on the second floor. Not many restaurants within walking distance so we had a margarita and snacks in the bar. The next morning we did the breakfast buffet and it was great. Many choices and omelets cooked to order. We were worried about security because our car was full but they had outdoor cameras and a guard that patrolled. All in all a great stay for 1st time travelers driving to Puerto Vallarta.
