TVs are so old they don’t work with a Firestick. And this is a hotel under the Marriott umbrella? Incredible….
Originally I was placed in first floor room. The noise was horrible. The ice machine sounds like a jet even though it was several rooms away from mine. I hardly slept the first night. I did request, and was granted, a room change for the 2nd night. 3rd floor was better, but still, the walls are like paper. I could hear every conversation and every time someone was peeing in what seemed to be every other room on the floor. For me, a quality hotel should have: 1. Clean sheets 2. Comfortable bed and pillows 3. The ability to close out all light 4. Hot water 5. Quiet While City Express is good on 1-4, the problems with noise make it unlikely I'll stay there again.
PROS: Kudos for being environmentally conscious. Staff honored my reservation (price) even though I arrived a day early Breakfast included with hot items Reasonable price CONS: Hotel is "bare bones", no frills Soundproofing is minimal Breakfast was just okay

City Express Ciudad Obregon is conveniently located on the north end of town near restaurants, Walmart and other small stores. It is also located next to a main local bus route and taxi service arrives at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean with good air-conditioning. The water pressure in the bathroom is low and the water in the shower was too hot despite my selecting the cold water setting. However, there is a very nice morning buffet which includes scrambled eggs, beans, and tortilla chips. There is also fresh fruit, breads, granola, yogurt with milk, coffee and juice. Overall a nice breakfast! I definately recommend staying at City Express.

Everything was above expectations. The gentleman at the front desk (Stephen ?) was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very healthy and tasty.
This time it was a group of kids staying there. And we hade no privacy at all.
City Express Ciudad Obregon is in a good location close to restaurants, Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Easy to get a taxi or bus to centre city. The staff is friendly and the room is very comfortable with good air conditioning.

Location is on the North end of Ciudad Obregon, but still within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores, and walmart. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and could be adjusted. Check out was fast and effortless. Over all a good stay!!
The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern with all of the basic needs provided for. The air-conditioning is new and very good! There is a new Samsung flat screen TV, telephone in the room, free wifi which worked great, ethernet connection in the room, and the bathroom was of good size. The City Express looks quite new, probably less than one year old. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal milk, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, beans, and meat. Also, ham and items to make sandwiches, yogurt. Nice breakfast. The small gym has a 3 new machines: treadmill, elliptical and bicylcle with air conditioning, TV and a nice bathroom. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!!!
