My place is very neat & sunny. It's close to the airport and public transport. It's 10 minutes away from "90 street", the liveliest road in New Cairo.
You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the high privacy it offers. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's in a safe neighborhood in New Cairo near the First Settlement police station.
The studio is spacious (40 m2). It's on the third floor. It has a dining table. It has AC, WiFi, a TV, an iron, a kettle, basic cooking utensils and dining set.
