This hotel was the perfect hotel to stay in. Very clean , the staff was so accommodating the view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. It is in a perfect location close to the pyramids and the grand museum. They have 24 hour security and make sure you are safe. They offer excursions right from the hotel with hotel pickup and Dropoff. I mistakenly left my work iPad and my sunglasses in the room when I departed back to the United States. They contacted me informed me and even went out their way to ship my items back to Me. Best experience with a hotel I ever had . I will definitely be coming back and referring anyone I know to Sahary pyramids view hotel.

Place was unfinished. Very noisy every night due to construction of the monorail being built infront of the hotel. First night there they had very low water pressure and no hot water. And then Ms. Kamar the waitress with the smile, ripped us off two times for dinner. She kept changing our bill multiple times and wanted dollars instead of Egyptian pounds. If you are in Egypt, you should only be paying in pounds, not dollars. After my husband and I had dinner, not only did we pay extra and a very generous tip, we went back to our room and then got a phone call saying that we underpaid by $4. It didn’t make any sense. Kamar came to our room and said it was her fault that she made a mistake on the bill. Ok one mistake we understand, but then the following night after dinner, we paid in pounds. We asked her to double check the bill to make sure everything was accurate. We gave another high tip, she said yes it’s all good. Then we go back to our room and go to bed. Later, at 10pm at night she came knocking on our door demanding more money and said she forgot to charge us for the wine. My husband & I knew that she was trying to scam us now for a second time. Because of this, we will never ever return. And I won’t recommend this place to anyone! We are kind people but will not accept being treated like this by anyone. Very disappointed!!!! Terrible terrible place.

What stood out is the pleasant atmosphere my wife and I experienced for our week long stay at the hotel. Despite the noise from the new subway line construction Mr Keroloss upgraded our room to a quieter part of the hotel free of charge. The whole staff treat the customers with respect and courtesy (thank you guys)

This hotel started operations earlier this month (Jan 2026). Facilities and service are at the lower end of the scale but the management commitment is encouraging. The view is real and impressive, but the construction around the hotel spoils any enjoyment of it. And except for the view, the location is no longer favorable since the entrance to the pyramids moved to the newly constructed Great Gate. 3 Stars because the value is in line with this feedback.

I had an amazing stay at the Sahara Pyramids View Hotel. As the name suggests, the view is the absolute highlight—waking up and seeing the Great Pyramids right from the balcony (or the rooftop) was a bucket-list experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, helping with tour arrangements and local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful escape after a long day of exploring. If you want to be steps away from history, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist super. In der Nähe der Pyramiden und dem GEM. Kairo Down Town einfach mit Uber erreichbar. Das Hotel-Team ist super nett. Ausflüge Vorort wurden perfekt organisiert (Danke Mimi). Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben eine Menge Informationen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider sind momentan Bauarbeiten zur Metrostation. Sonst 6 Sterne.

Nous avions passés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, après un long voyage depuis la france. je pense que cet hôtel est ouvert récemment car tout est neuf. L’hôtel est très bien situé très proches des pyramides et du grand musée (5 minutes en voiture pour les deux). La chambre est majestueuse et très spacieuse avec une vue sur les pyramide. Petit déjeuner sur roof top avec vue sur pyramide et il y’a également une piscine et des transats. Mention spécial aux personnels qui étaient très aimable et disponible à chaque fois, ils ont facilité notre séjour et déplacement. La navette depuis l’aéroport est assurée gratuitement par l’hôtel, un bar et restaurant est également disponible dans l’établissement. Rien à dire cet hôtel est dignes d’un hôtel européen ( organisation, propreté et les services proposés). Merci beaucoup ma femme et moi gardon un très bon souvenir et une très bonne expérience.
