Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. I kind of wish I was staying one more night so I could make use of that nice-looking pool I can see from my window.

A super organized staff, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Hisham the concierge, yousef mariam & abanob in housekeeping, georgus and all the minas and chefs at the outside pool, mostafa the towel worker, and mariam at the reception bar. The hotel is very clean and comes with everything you need. Super safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
