I'm so glad I booked this hotel. From the minute I checked-in I felt at home. The owner and all the staff members made me feel utterly at home. I had an unfortunate accident whilst walking the streets of Cairo where wet concrete fell on me. When I got back to the hotel the owner offered straight away to wash my clothes, he didn't even charge me. The hospitality is something else here! highly recommend, such nice people!

Situation idéale, proche des pyramides dont la vue des chambres et du roof top est géniale (entrée du site archéologique à 5 mn à pied) Et surtout en retrait de l agitation de la foule touristique. Ne pas s arrêter au fait qu il faut arpenter une ruelle ensablée pour trouver l entrée de l hôtel ;-). C est un avantage !!! Équipe souriante et soucieuse que le client soit satisfait, même si tous ne sont pas bilingue anglais. Ils sont gentils et font bcp d effort envers les voyageurs pour leur rendre le séjour tranquille et agréable. Literie de qualité et chambre spacieuse, à la deco spartiate et minimaliste. Mais la Clim et le confort sont la.

OK so this is a mixed bag. Overall I would return and stay. The location is excellent. You have a great view from the roof top. Could not be better. Rates when we travelled were competitive. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel, breakfast is not fancy. Simple plus if you will. The personnel is nice and you can see they try to keep you happy. If you travel a lot you notice a difference. I figure in countries like Egypt you have some very well trained folks and some which are kind of new to the job. Enough said. Don't expect too much. Let's talk about what disappointed me: We got offered a bunch of tours and excursions and at first glance they were well priced. However what Management fails to realize is the expense and the time we the tourist take and endure and that said don't push some lack luster or in experienced guides on me. I paid $ 160 for a day trip to Alexandria. Traffic was horrible. The day was short because most of the time we spent in the car. The lunch place was over priced and menue only in arabic. I suspected a tourist trap and cancelled. However worst of all was the guide. George, somewhat new to the guide biz. and I will keep it at that. What disappointed me is that the hotel chose an inexperienced guide and later said "sorry". Well, I paid and spent my day. The previous day we had a guide called Ramadan. He was better than George but also a bit "stale". Leaves me w. the conclusion: NARMER is are happy to make a sale & that is their priority

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, this property is located in a very rundown area. Many surrounding properties appear to be half abandoned or even partially destroyed. A relatively large mosque is nearby; its call to prayer is very loud and disruptive. Many horses and camels are nearby, making the place often stinky.

It was hard to locate the hotel, the reception at the 3rd floor , the view is amazing, the staff was very friendly , they brought us the breakfast at the roof so we can enjoy the view of the Giza Pyramids and the sphinx.

I recently stayed at the Narmer Pyramids View hotel and had an overall positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were always available to answer my requests. A highlight of my stay was how the staff helped me organize tours for my trip even before I arrived, which made my visit much smoother and more enjoyable. There are a couple of areas for improvement. Expanding the food options for breakfast would enhance the dining experience. Additionally, collaborating with other businesses in the area to improve the cleanliness of the surroundings would make the hotel even more appealing.

Mr. Samir owner was very helpful in arranging tours, suggestions on dining and even sent some one to get dinner for us to eat on roof top. He is a wonderful gentleman who tries to help out in anyway. You can always hear the dogs barking and rooster and prayers from the room. He has wonderful English speaking guide Nader who took us around to the pyramids and Egyptian museums. He is very knowledgeable on Egyptian history.

We stayed a few nights and were very pleased with everything! It's INCREDIBLY close to the pyramids with a rooftop view that is absolutely stunning and a delicious, free breakfast served every morning. The hosts are super kind and very knowledgeable, including a brother who is a certified egyptologist and gave us a wonderful tour of Memphis, Dashur and Saqqara. Giza itself is like most parts of Egypt and can be kinda noisy and a bit dirty but that is nationwide and certainly not the hotel's fault. If you're used to traveling internationally, you'll know this is a common experience. The hotel itself is great and the room was FANTASTIC; freshly remodeled in a quality way, good strong air conditioner and very clean linens. Don't hesitate to book your room here. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an unforgettable visit! 👍👍

This is the best hotel to stay at in Giza. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Narmer hotel in Giza, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were incredibly accommodating, assisting us with everything from currency exchange to arranging transportation and excursions. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the family throughout our week-long stay. The room itself was immaculate, with a stunning view of the pyramids from our balcony. The interior was modern and stylish, equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including a fridge, coffee maker, and even a hot tub. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful rooftop lounge area, offering an unparalleled view of the pyramids and the Sphinx. We were treated to the mesmerizing light show right from the comfort of the rooftop, with attentive staff on hand to ensure we had everything we needed, from tea to shisha. Overall, The Narmer exceeded all my expectations and played a significant role in making my visit to Egypt unforgettable. I can't wait to return!
