Excellent service friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
I travel on a weekly basis to remote countries, small towns and places in the middle of now where, but rarely so I come across a hotel this bad. Do not be fooled, this is not even a one star! Where do I begin? The rooms are falling apart, the towel hangers are breaking off the walls. The steel frames of the shower drop every time you turn the water on. The water goes from cold to extremely hot 20 times while you are showering, leaving you with burns, the toilette seat never stays up, you have to always hold it with your hand. The walls are thin, you hear the person next door breath. Their cigarette smoke will get into your room. The employees scream outside all day while they talk to another. The food is horrible, they have 5 day old croissants wrapped in plastic paper in their so called deli. The restaurants are horrible, the food will leave you sick and in pain. The internet connectivity works 10% of the time, and they charge you more for it than for the room. The staff barely speaks English, and they are not willing to help. They are almost happy to see you unhappy. The pool is empty, there are mosquitoes everywhere. This is not a moevenpick it’s an Egyptian inn. Beware
Excellent service friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
