The Nile View being on the 12th floor, was nice. However, the downsides to my stay were as the followings: 1- I booked through Orbitz.com, however, the hotel receipt shows Expedia.com. 2- During check-in, I was asked for 1000 EGP as a deposit, whereas it was not mentioned at all. I had to pay it of course. 3- During check-out, the luggage was not taken down and I had to wait over an hour. 4- More importantly, and most annoying thing is that two of our luggage, the handle broke down (torn apart) and I saw the porter pushing down the luggage by his feet several times, and not using a trolly. Even down the steps, he is pushing it further like was playing football. Third luggage (fabric) the ribbon handle was torn and I had to carry it on my arm as I could not place it on my shoulder. I spoke to the customer service agent and she told me: Well, we don't have staff and you want your luggage, so here it is.
Great staff, extremely helpful and facility was well maintained, would return in the future
Very helpful staff, the hotel is located at a safe part of the city, love the breakfast
