when arrived late at night, reception told us that only one room was booked by expedia. they arranged another room in haste when shown confirmation. We were told to move to another nearby hotel after 2 nights as our rooms were pre booked by another party. The nearby hotel was cleaner but had mosquitoes hence could not sleep the first night. Staff were very unprofessional. breakfast was inadequate and they charged us for drinks though all was prepaid. very unhappy with both hotels and Epedia

This hotel is like a gem in giza. Big room and clean. Nice view of pyramids. Nice breakfast. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The manager, emad is super nice. The front desk girl asma helped me like a friend. Highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at the golden palm sunrise Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming, making for a relaxing stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the pyramids; it truly took my breath away every time I looked out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay with incredible scenery and fantastic dining
