The staff atrnot helpful and cooperative; first they have available rooms and they refused to get us early into the room although I asked for early check and they asked for extra fees for early check in, second they got us a room wit bad internet although they know that they have onse side of the htel with bad internet connection , third when we asked to provide a taxi for us to go to the airport , they said they could not help with that , and lastly I waited the shutlle for long time and I was about to miss my flight.

Not worth thexmoney. Shuttle run very infrequent only one per 30 min despite priperty being just 5 min away from airport. Confused staff checked us into occupied room at 2am. The breakfast was good.
Novotel is my go to hotel for coming in and going out of Cairo. Many flights leave at 2am or arrive late in the evening. I don't like to bother my friends to pick me up or to take an uber at those weird time, so I grab a taxi at the airport and 8 minutes later I check in and go right to bed to recover from a 27 to 30 hour travel time.

Consistent Quality
The hotel offers free breakfast and a shuttle service and we have not received either of them. I sent a message to the property if they could pick us up from the airport, no response. My wife told the front desk agent that we needed a breakfast box, didn’t happen. They rushed and gave a box when she was complaining and it was only few slices of bread with cheese that she is allergic to. We discussed with the manager and he told us to contact to Expedia about this matter to get a refund.
We only stayed one night so didn’t have much time to observe & explore the hotel. We chose it because of its close location to Cairo International airport. We had an early flight & had to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Free shuttle & No traffic in the early hours. The check in was smooth & fast. The staffs were friendly. Facility could use a little bit cleaning in the lobby area.

Close to the Cairo Airport. Shuttle bus for your arrival and departure. So, no taxi nor Uber to go to the airport. Easy and fast check in.
Service is terrible, no one would answer the phone at the front desk. There was no way to turn off the Florescent inside window light. Had to sleep with light on and a towel over my face. I asked for help, did not get a call back or help for several things not working
