Overall ,great location, great view from balcony, just opposite the beach. Comfy beds in all three rooms. Water pressure in the showers were great. High standard of cleanliness. Washing machine and dryer were an additional convenience. However, 3rd bed room AC was not working for the first 4 days. I didn't say anything about it but on 4th day someone just came and fixed which means it was known prior to our arrival that AC was not working. A huge pain thhat I had to carry on each day when getting to the car park. The remote control that I was provided was not working for the roller door. It was only working for property entrance sliding gate. Each and every time I had to get off the car and walk around the building to get back across to the carpark to manually open the roller door. I reported next morning but seems like it was very common issue and carry on with the pain next 7 days.

Great location with quiet locality. Property condition is bit aged however everything was functional. Great free wifi and new TV were addon for the kids. Reception contact was helpful and responsive.

Our 1st floor unit was just 100m from the beach - beautiful location, really well-presented 2-bedroom unit with great facilities and easy access to eating/drinking options.

The building facade is in a very poor state covered in grime and mold. Surrounding buildings are in much better shape. It was a discouraging first impression. The floors were sticky. The washing machine was rusty. There was mold on the bedroom blinds. We were allowed one small white towel per person, per week!! Absolutely bizarre towel policy. The area and the views were lovely.

Property right on esplanade,fantastic sea views from large balcony,pool was lovely,included BBQ area all well maintained.property a bit dated,but for the time spent in it wasnt a concern. If you have your own transport,all good,but,if not,it will cost you in Uber/taxi fares. Not a lot of shops,3 cafes only,& beach tavern,excellent food.nice vibe in area.

A bit hot on warm days

In general lovely. Clean, pleasant decor. However, - western sun pours in for many hours making appartment uncomfortable on warm days. - our bed slid out from back wall. Tiled floor added to that problem.

Great location across from the beach, close to shops, excellent views, plenty of space. Kitchen had all the facilities you could want. Only minor issue was that the loungeroom got a bit warm with the A/C temperature not able to be changed.

I liked being on the water front and on a dead end street. The pool was very nice since we didn't venture into the ocean due to jelly stingers and not having a stinger suit to wear. Nice restaurants nearby. The room was nice and large. Needed some extra towels. Communication was lacking on arrival because we didn't have a phone or internet the day we arrived and we didn't get their instructions so there was no one in the office to greet us even though we arrived before 6. Once that was settled everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If I owned the place I would freshen it up a bit. The hallways going to the rooms are dark and musty smelling but once in the room things are much better. The place is a bit dated but all in all it was a very nice place to stay. Good location, firm beds, air conditioning, and friendly staff.

Relaxed break on beach front

Very clean and comfortable slightly older beach apartment. Although the odd facility, i.e. pool spa, was awaiting maintenance these minor issues did not distract from the overall good experience of value.

great for a family vacation

We had a great time staying at Trinity Waters. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, the location was amazing and the ocean view from the apartment was stunning. The pool is nice and not too cold. There was a nice garden up the back, but it had a funny smell, so did not spend time there. The smell also came in through the back windows, so had to keep those closed too. But that wasn't a problem since there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning in each of the rooms. We did have to pay 1$ to rent each pool towel, but were given nice a big ones, so we were ok with that. The reception is not in the building of Trinity waters so that was a bit confusing at first, but once we realized were it was (just two buildings down) it was not a problem. Also to get in and out of the complex, you need a key, so we had a bit a challenge coordinating the schedule between the 7 people (4 adults, 3 children) staying in the apartment... Overall it was great place for us and is highly recommended for a family vacation.
