The Space:

Exploring the lower level, you’ll find a beautifully designed open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Rest in the main living area downstairs, where multiple seatings and a wall-mounted TV create the perfect entertainment hub. A former media room has been thoughtfully repurposed into a fifth bedroom, featuring a comfortable fold-out couch for additional sleeping space. A stylish powder room is also conveniently located nearby.



Effortlessly create delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, with a spacious island perfect for meal prep. Keep the main kitchen spotless by using the butler’s pantry-style nook for extra storage. Share memorable meals and lively conversation around the dining table for ten, or take the gathering outdoors for a relaxed BBQ. After dining, unwind on a sun lounger by the shimmering pool, shaded by palm trees—the perfect spot to cool off and embrace the tropical ambience.



The highlight of the lower level is the lavish primary suite, complete with an oversized walk-in robe and an open-plan ensuite. From there, stroll along the Esplanade, where you’ll discover boutique shops, laid-back cafés, and world-class dining, including Temple of Tastes for Asian fusion, Nu Nu for refined Australian cuisine, and Miguel's for their famous whipped barramundi. Spend your afternoon teeing off at Paradise Palms Golf Course, just a six-minute drive away, then wrap up your day with a breathtaking sunset at Palm Cove Jetty, only five minutes from home.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the garage, and the driveway can accommodate two additional vehicles.



Airport: 24 minutes by car, or 1 hour by bus (including a 15-minute walk).



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
