Always something exciting to do – join in the free exercise classes down at the lagoon, take a wander through the local Esplanade markets and Art Gallery or just relax with a book under the shady leafy parklands.

THE SPACE:
On the esplanade 7, is located on level 2 of this unit complex and accessible by lift or stairs.

The entrance to the units can lead you straight out onto the patio through 1 door or to a spacious lounge and dining area with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The lounge includes a sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary local channels. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

The master bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a comfortable queen size bed, and plenty of wardrobe space.

The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes two single beds, and plenty of wardrobe space.

The unit comes with a bathroom including a shower, as well as personal laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

No private parking at the property but free unlimited parking spots can be found on the street.

Mixed feelings

A pleasant older style apartment, a bit tired but provided a good level of comfort. Access in and out a little fiddly but parking on the street wasnt a problem. Nice position on the esplanade but the biggest negative for us was being on the direct flight path for airplane descent so it was very noisy from 6 am to after 10pm at night. The property manager was very good at keeping in touch and we were warned of an exhaust fan problem which also was very noisy but hopefully is now fixed. On balance I'm sorry I couldnt really say this accommodation was good value for money.
