Apartment Belvedere with Mountain View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

"What is to have an effect on hearts must come from hearts".



With this in mind, we created a very special feel-good space. On a small living space, a great place was created, entirely in minimalist style. Our vision was to design an ecological living space without space restrictions and according to the basic principles of Feng-Shui.

With naturalness and cosiness in four walls, a place of power was created, with which a small dream came true.

The Apartment Belvedere in Kuens was opened in autumn 2022.

At 750 metres above sea level in the midst of greenery, you will feel absolute tranquillity. A fantastic, sunny view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Merano valley basin awaits you.



Our communal garden with pool and outdoor shower is also at your disposal.



High-quality natural materials such as tadelakt, clay, natural stone, larch and Swiss stone pine were used in the design of the flat. These sustainable, antique building materials with a spiritual character have proven themselves

have proven their worth to this day and are currently experiencing a renaissance.



Special trends in smart technology have been installed in the flat. You can expect high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, enchanting light shows as well as indirect LED and dimmable ceiling lighting, which make the evening hours together special. You can enjoy the feel-good bathroom under a starlit sky.





Below Apartment Belvedere you will find Gasthof Ungericht (300 m away) and Restaurant Hilberkeller (1500 m away), where you can enjoy typical, seasonal South Tyrolean cuisine. The nearest supermarket is in Riffian (approx. 2.5 km away). During the summer months, a bus runs regularly during the day from Gasthof Ungericht to Dorf Tirol or to the next bus connection to Merano or the Passeier Valley.



The Passeier Valley with its cycle path can be reached in 10 min. Merano in 15 min.
