Ideally located, you are 8km from the Thésauque lake (water sports center: swimming, stand-up paddle, water games) and the Ganguise lake as well as 12km from the Canal du Midi (bike rides, on foot or by boat), but also in the heart of the Occitanie region to visit: Toulouse, Foix and Carcassonne less than 50 minutes by car! You will spend a beautiful green vacation in this old Lauragaise farmhouse including the owners' home and the two Alba gîtes, which can be rented individually or grouped together on request. A private terrace with garden furniture is reserved for each. The large 2.5ha garden, not enclosed, is shared by all. A large parking lot has been set up at the entrance to the property. On the ground floor, this cottage has two living rooms connected by 2 steps: a large dining room and a living room equipped with an open kitchen. Laundry room under the stairs and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 double bed 160) (2 single beds 80 that can be joined) (2 single beds 80 that can be joined), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating. In an idyllic setting, 8km from a swimming lake, pleasant and very well equipped gîte. Reception room for 100 people on site
