This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Playa Chiquita. This accommodation offers space and comfort for all guests.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one with a KING bed and the other with bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, oven and microwave, among other appliances, making meal preparation easy.

Additionally, guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The shared pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days.

The accommodation has private parking for 2 vehicles.

This apartment is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends seeking comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, with pleasant outdoor spaces, in an area close to the beach.

Unfortunately, there are some ongoing constructions near the accommodation until March 2025, which may be somewhat noisy, and to compensate our travellers, we are offering discounted rates.

Great location and property on the Caribbean coast of CR. Having a Villa is great to spread out (there were 4 of us) and the property is a short walk to a few very nice restaurants and a non swimming area of the ocean. Punta Uva is less than 10 minute drive. Villa was well appointed with above average bedding. Few points, the Villa has neither AC nor a washing machine. FYI, AC not really needed as the cool nights and open nature of the house were nice. I only mention the washing machine as both bedding and beach stuff could have benefited from having this when staying for 6 nights.

Stylish home in great location with amenities

Our family of 4 stayed here and loved it. There are two homes separated by a pool. Another group was using the other home but it wasn’t an issue. It would be a great option to rent both homes if you had a bigger group. The home is quite open and the open spaces generally have mesh over them. So the upper windows - they are covered with mesh not glass. This helps keep the place from getting musty in the humidity but also means that you hear everything outside. It rained several times and it was loud. But cool. There are many birds and sometimes monkeys and they are noisy. (We didn’t see monkeys, but we heard them. But we saw lots of birds.) So if you expect it to be very quiet in order to sleep, perhaps this isn’t the best place for you. The fans were adequate to keep us cool at night. The pool was great for cooling off as well. There was nothing we were disappointed by. And it was a great location. We could walk to the beach down a little trail across the road. And there were good dining options within a short walk. We had a rental car and there is parking so that is nice as well. Yes there are bugs that get in but you are in the jungle. We mainly encountered slow moving centipedes. No biggie.

Lamentablemente fuimos cuando están realizan trabajos junto a la propiedad y los baños y duchas daban a los trabajos, detalle que los trabajadores se subían a la tapia y veían perfectamente hacia las duchas dado que son abiertas
