We arrived and had to wait 40 minutes before anyone would even check us in because there was no one in the office. When the office person finally arrived, Luciano, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He finally led us to our room after taking more than enough time to check us in.
The path on the way to the suite was very dark and I tripped a few times. The apartment had loose bricks leading up to it, even the journey there was unsafe. Once we arrived in our room facilities were absolutely disgusting, The bathroom was dirty, there was sand in the refrigerator, the floors looked like the corners had not been swept in many, there was an exposed electrical box, many and the bed had a hair tucked into it with a mystery wet spot. The door was so thin and the whole property had a bunch of mosquitoes, with no mosquito netting around the bed, very soon. Safe considering Ganges Fever is circulating in this area. I could hear people next door blasting music and coughing incredibly loudly. The stairs to the bedroom were incredibly unsafe and did not have a handrail, I let the property know before we even booked that I had mobility issues and I was assured it would be fine, this was not the case.
Due to unsafe, inaccessible and unsanitary conditions we asked to leave and for a refund. Luciano flat out refused, was incredibly rude, called us too delicate, and was obviously intoxicated as his eyes were red and he smelled like a brewery.
This was a horrendous experience, don't stay here
