Welcome to Villa Seabreeze!



We are located at the edge of Puerto Viejo, right in front of the Playa Negra beach! Set on a beautiful 2 villa property, with a beautiful palm tree garden with hammocks, gazebos, and a great view of the ocean. The property also has a cute little shared pool with a BBQ area.



Seabreeze has 3 bedrooms, set for a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, and a large window overlooking the sea. There are 2 additional bedrooms, both with full beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool!



The house has a well-equipped kitchen perfect for you to be able to cook your meals. A simple living room with a TV in case of a rainy day ;) and a large dining room on the outside terrace, where you have amazing views of the beach and the gardens.



The property is shared with another 2 bedroom villa, which is also available to rent in case you are a larger group! You have direct access to the beach through the front walking gate and crossing the road!



The location gives a pleasant breeze and views of the famous wave of Salsa Brava, ideal for nature lovers.

Muchas cosas que no funcionaban en la casa . La piscina no me dijeron que estaba mala y llegué con mi familia y no podimos usarla y no servían la refrigeradora muy bien los controles de la televisión no tenían baterías, una de las recamaras tenía un olor a morciegalos muy feo huele la verdad no recomiendo este lugar.

The house is confortable, pretty, clean, and well equipped. Close to town, but far enough to be away from the noise of the night life. Perfect if you have a car, since the house has a fenced space for parking. Easy close access to the beach. I highly recommend this house.
