The host was very helpful and communicated well. I wouldn’t want to carry the big bags up the stairs again, and I am fairly fit. Travel light and it’s a great option.

This is a great little spot right in the best part of town walking to all places. Super clean little room great for a single traveler or a couple. Cute kitchen with dishes and extra supplies if you need. If you don’t have help carrying luggage ir have a lot of heavy bags this may be difficult as there are about 6 flights of stairs to get up. The parking is difficult to find on the street, train station is close but it’s more expensive but easy. Overall a great stay for a few days in Cagliari

If you’re travelling with a suitcase on wheels, you’re young, fit and wanting to attend a wedding in the adjacent municipal palace having arrived by train & plane in Cagliari this is IDEAL. The 79 steps to this third floor series of apartments provide a haven for rest, sleep and the kind attentive hosts treat you like family. Excellent bric-a-brac shop next door to no. 19 had sunglasses and a towel so I could enjoy the beach 20 mins by bus to the south. You’ll not want for restaurants within a minutes walk and the rail station is 5 minutes to the platform.

Good stay in Cagliari

Overall a nice hotel. Owners are very friendly and the room was nice enough. No elevator (which is common in older buildings in Cagliari) made getting bags up and down a challenge overall, but that was about it.

Location, location!

The location was great! About 4 min. Walk from the train station and within walking distance to old town. You have to be able to climb stairs, it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The rooms are clean with AC and common area to have free coffee and tea. Very convenient for flying in and out of Cagliaria airport.

Excellent location in the heart of Cagliari!

This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! The only negative thing is that we felt a bit cheated because we DID not get the free gift or the slippers as were advertised and WORST of all there was also NO coffee/tea maker as advertised in the description of amenities!

Perfect location in the city center and close to the central station, car rentals etc. Friendly and helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Basic rooms but very clean and nicely decorated.

Great location

It's more of a bnb than a hotel but that was fine. Lots of stairs so be ready for that. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and small balcony which was great. The bathroom was adequate but the toilet shot water everywhere every time we flushed it. Great location right in the marina area.

Great location ,great room

Great location, the room was a few minutes walk from every thing . On booking I was asked my approximate arrival time and a staff member was waiting for me at the street entrance . The rooms are on the 3rd floor no lift so not suitable for anyone who cant do steps but great for anyone else.

Very nice accomodation in the heart of the city

We loved everything during our stay at the Unique Affittacamere The only thing is it was a bit difficult to find cause downstairs doesnt have the name of the hotel, and we need to go upstairs to ask! Would be more helpfull if it had the name on the street. But once you found the number 19 on the street just go straigh to the top floor (no lifts i am afraid) The hotel is like a boutique hotel and its really lovely! the rooms are very nice, clean and modern, the breakfast very very good and the staff very helpfull

We had a really nice stay at Mani rooms. Nearby were a lot of places to eat. The room is well located just to walk around to look at the old buildings or to explore the city center. Bella struttura rinnovata recentemente. Unica pecca come anticipato si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per noi che siamo una coppia giovane che viaggiava solo con lo zaino non è stato un gran problema. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate, al parcheggio della stazione abbiamo pagato 30€ per la notte.

Perfect accommodation. Super friendly host who let us check-in 4 hours earlier. It's right in the centre of Cagliari, so you can reach everything by foot. The only tiny drawback was the stairs you had to go up yo get to the rooms.
