Firstly I would like to mention that the communication with the staff was likely good but in overall really bad. You had to collect the keys in a different place in a box with the code provided, and walk 15 mins to go at the place. Our room number was 409 which the quality was so bad, old furniture all around, some appliances so old when you can think not functional apart the coffee machine. The bathroom very old and the box shower not clean properly - looked so dirty, so black all around. No soap even to wash the hands, just 3 small bags of shampoo and nothing else. Thanks GOD was quiet , no noises in the building as there were so many rooms. The automatic machine didn't work properly, I had added 1 euro for a bottle of water and the machine got stacked as it was so old. Please before accepting these places , get a proper survey in place to find out if all the rules are compliance to regulations. I've never been in such a bad place, the price wasn't cheap at all. This place must renovate the building and the rooms immediately and later reopen the business.

It’s very difficult to write anything positive about this place. I’ve stayed in at least 500 different places, and if I ranked them by how unwelcome I felt, this one would easily come first. After you’ve paid for your booking, they ask for an additional €15 for cleaning. Why? Even worse is the €200 deposit to make sure you don’t damage the room. Really? Then you’re instructed to carefully read their long list of rules, including how much you’ll be fined for every possible mistake — for example, stepping into the yard without permission costs €250. There’s even a detailed list on the wall showing exactly how many cups, forks, etc., are in the room. The walls are covered with notices and instructions. You also have to collect the room key from another location, and if you’re late, there’s a fee for that too. The room itself was extremely modest, worn, and cheap. Everything was old and ugly — decades old. It’s sad that some hosts treat their guests this way. You’d definitely be better off choosing another place.

The way of making bussines?

Unfortunatelly I've got an awful experience. I got to the hotel about 14:30hs rang the bell many times and no aswer, then I decided to call to them and no-one picked the phone! A helpful neigbour tolld me the owner doesn't live in and then call them back, it was back them 19:00hs! At 19:30 the owners arrived( AFTER FIVE HOURES WAITING) No appologies, no explanation was given to me; when I wanted to explain to them what just happend the lady stopped me and said " i don't speak English or Spanish Mr. the room cost £... in cash" That was all. That was my only day in Cagliari completely ruined..

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile ma con una pessima organizzazione.. Mi spettava una quadrupla con angolo cottura e frigorifero, al mio arrivo nonostante ci fosse scritto che la mia stanza era garantita in qualsiasi orario arrivassi, al mio arrivo vengo messo in una stanza senza i comfort da me richiesti.. Il giorno seguente veniamo spostati in una stanza con i confort ma la metà di quella da me richiesta.. Mi spiace perché lo staff è stato molto disponibile ma non hanno rispettato le mie richieste per ciò che avevo pagato, ovvero quadrupla con angolo cottura

super B&B mit guter Lage und herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir hatten das B&B Al Solemar für 4 Tage gebucht und sind höchst zufrieden. Die Gastgeber Ara und Andreas sind sehr herzlich und bemüht. Man nahm uns gut in Empfang und gab eine Übersicht über Cagliari sowie Unternehmungen. Wir durften auch Wünsche fürs Frühstück äußern und bekamen fortan jeden Morgen Joghurt und frische Früchte (zusätzlich). Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Gut ist das eigene kleine Bad und die Klimaanlage :) Die Lage war zudem sehr zentral, mittig gelegen zu Hafen und Strand. Man geht zur Marina, Via Roma etwa 10-15 Minuten. vorm Haus fährt aber auch ein Bus ab. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

PERFECT !

I steyed with my partner for 7 nights. We spent really great time in Al Solemar B&B. Room was were really nice, cozy, very clean, in sailor style a bit, with very big and bomfortable bed, small fridge, air conditioning, bathroom with the shower, very fast wifi. Al Solemat is located 10 minutes to the center of Cagliari by walk and similar time to the beach. You can find the bus in the front of B&B id 15 mins it is too long for you. You can try with the boat trip,diving and other water games with Andrea for really good price. Delicious breakfast in italian style every morning, even if you need to wake up around 4am. I can't write nothing wrong about Al Solemar B&B, I see only positive aspects about my time there. What can I say about Andrea ? He's the best person I ever meet in my life. He's so friendly, helpful, open mind, kindly. He's just changed my mind about people, about the life. You can't find noone and nothing better than him and his place if you want to feel true italian atmosphere. You should choose he's place and meet him. I'm sure you'll be happy with this choice. I definitely recommend Andrea and his Al Solemar B&B ! :)

Scarso, camera claustrofobica....

Camera piccolissima bagno minuscolo... sono stato mandato in una vecchia struttura in via messina, lo scolapiatti è messo sopra il tavolo dove si fa colazione. Se vi danno questa stanza starete come topi, meno male l ho usata solo per dormire. Il letto incassato tra due pareti se vuoi scendere da un lato hai 10 centimetri per mettere i piedi. Mi avevano chiesto se andava bene un letto alla francese non una stanza per i sette nani. Pessima esperienza sconsigliato a tutti. Le finestre penso siano degli anni 60 sembrano quelle dei film di totó La pulizia è ok, ma il vicino ha un cane in stanza che ogni tanto abbaia e rompe le scatole mentre dormi...

Notre avions atterrissait à Cagliari, et nous y sommes resté 3 jour avant de partir vers le nord. Notre chambre disposait d'une kitchenette et il y a 2 supérettes à 2 mn à pied !

ce bed and breakfast est très bien situé pour une nuit avant ou après l'arrivée à cagliari. nous déconseillons de rester au delà d une nuit car les conditions sont assez spartiates(lit, petit déjeuner) la propriétaire est sympathique mais ne parle que l'italien ce qui peut poser problème.

Mi sono trovato bene, la stanza anche se prospicente la strada principale era isolata bene, calda ( anche troppo) il bagno era della grandezza giusta ed era fornito del necessario. La zona è ottima e tranquilla proprio difronte la fiera, a due "passi" dal centro e dalla zona dove dovevamo andare. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata cordiale e la colazione era giusta. Se proprio gli devo trovare un difetto posso dire che il piccolo frigo presente in camera faceva troppo rumore e non raffreddava per niente. Per il resto tutto ok.lo consiglio.
