L'appartamento è al piano terra e si sviluppa su un grande patio con giardino che non affaccia sulla strada. E' dotato di un'ampia camera con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto da una piazza e mezza. Nel soggiorno, con separata zona cucina, è presente un ulteriore divano letto da una piazza e mezza.
