Enclosed rear garden with patio, sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden. There is a small stream over the garden wall.. Llican is a very much-loved family home that has a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Ideal for a family holiday, or a couples break away. Walking distance to the town centre, lakeside, and foothill paths up to mount Snowdon.
The town centre has grocery stores, plenty of eateries, welcoming pubs, and independent shops to peruse. The accommodation has a spacious lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There’s a family bathroom, along with three bedrooms one with en-suite shower room. All furnished to a high standard to ensure your comfort. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with views of the mountains, a lovely spot to relax in. You could quite easily park up and forget about driving as everything Llanberis has to offer is within easy walking distance.
The lake has an abundance of water sport activities to try, there’s a plethora of spectacular walking routes, and the national slate museum all just a short walk away. If you fancy a more relaxing route up Mount Snowdon why not hop on the Snowdon Mountain Railway. For adrenaline seekers, Bethesda home to Zip World Velocity 2, the longest zip wire in Europe and Blaenau Ffestiniog with Zip World Titan, Caverns and Bounce Below are only a short drive away.
